Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly renovated home in a great location! The home is only minutes away from downtown Fullerton. Very close to Disneyland, Buena Park, many stores, and lots of food options.
The comfort is almost too good to be true! We all know that traveling can be hectic, our home has been set up to intentionally invite you to take a deep breath as you wind down from your travels & begin your stay!

This newly renovated home also features
a newly installed central AC unit! Also updated kitchen appliances - stainless steel gas stove, oven, and microwave! The perfect 4 bedrooms, 2 baths to accommodate family and friends but in a cool, stylish way.

There’s one parking spot available
inside the garage, one on the driveway and additional street parking if needed

This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them.

- No loud music or parties. Absolutely, no
gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly
enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest
disturbance. If the neighbors complain we will
have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.

- Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed
into the property. We don't allow additional
guests that are not part of the reservation. We
also do not allow visitors that are not pre-
disclosed to us prior to their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be charged $25 dollars per night, for each additional guest.

- By booking, you agree that there will be no
unannounced quests other than the number of
guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.

- We do not allow any smoking in the property. The smoking penalty is up to $1,000 or more for violation.

- This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home.

・チェックイン日の11時にチェックイン方法の詳細を連絡すると聞いていたが、チェックイン時刻の15時を過ぎても連絡が無く、16時頃に連絡が来た。その間、最悪の事態に備えて周辺のホテルなどを探した・到着時、設備としてあるはずのタオルとドライヤーが無かった・仕方なくタオルを購入したが、予告なく20時頃に清掃業者と思しき男が家を訪れ、新品のタオルセットを持ってきた。予告無しの夜の訪問には非常に驚き、子連れ旅行にとって良い体験とは言えなかった・その後洗濯機の中にいつからあるのかわからない液体に使ったタオル一式があった・なお、洗濯機は蓋の爪が割れているためか動かなかった・ドライヤーがないことを伝えると「清掃業者が届ける」とのことだったが、届くことはなかった・シャワールームが二つあるが、両方一度に使うとお湯が出なくなる・立地はよく、ベッドルームが4つあるのは便利だった

Location is absolutely AMAZING, especially if youre doing Disney. Host was fantastic with any issues and dealt with them quickly and efficiently. 4 stars because the 4th bedroom is only accessible through another bedroom. Not sure if i missed that in the listing, but it definitely caused issues for us. Some more cooking tools, kid friendly cups, plates, bowls and utensils would have also helped. Overall we had a great stay, you absolutely can't beat the location of this property.

Positives: Spacious enough for our party of 6. 4 beds and 2 bedrooms allows for good privacy for everyone. Kitchen is large enough to have good working space. Negatives: House smelled like gas and there was no carbon monoxide detector. Pictures from the listing don’t match. Front bathroom tile was wobbling and cracked everywhere, so we covered the floor with towels. Neighbors tree hung over the driveway and birds pooped all over our car. There weren’t enough towels for 6 people for 3 days.Overall: The experience could have been better with some improvements. Communication started strong day 1, but faded after that.

The Right Fit

This clean, newly remodeled property was the perfect fit for our family (3 adult couples and 1 single). Convenient to Disney. Quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Did not meet expectations

The house hadn't been cleaned since the last guest, so we arrived to dirty sheets, trash cans full, etc. Host told us she would refund the cleaning fee but only refunded 90% of it for some reason two weeks after the visit, when I reminded her to send the refund. The house was fine otherwise, but the host was not responsive or on top of what she needs to be (sent partial payment, didn't send it until we reminded her, and we also had to ask for check-in instructions/door code). Wouldn't risk it again.

New and clean

Our stay at Anna’s worked nicely for my family who was traveling from Michigan for a wedding. She was easy to communicate with and responsive. We had some minor issues with the garage, but she was responsive when we reached out. The house was clean and had basic amenities. My only suggestions would be more towels- it fits 9 people but we were a couple towels short, which wasn’t a big deal to us. Overall a nice place to stay. Close to downtown Fullerton and Disney, too.
