Newly renovated, Fully Furnished, in a Quiet and Safe Neighborhood, yet only a few minutes walk to Downtown Fullerton, .3 mile from Fullerton College, 2.3 miles from Cal State Fullerton, 2.4 miles from hospital. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Fullerton. Close to 91 fwy, 57 fwy. Only 10 minutes from Disneyland and other amusement parks, 45 minutes from LA and only 40 minutes away from all the local beaches. Fantastic Location!

Peaceful Week Stay During Show at Anaheim Convention Center

Great house with a wonderful kitchen and comfortable living space. 10-15 min. to Anaheim Convention Center via car. 10 min. walk to downtown Fullerton - much nicer bars and restaurants without the convention center/Disney crowds.

Property was just as described

The property was perfect for our adult family of six! Access to Disney was quick and convenient and there were many places to eat nearby. The house was clean and had all of the necessities that we required. Martin responded very promptly when we contacted him. Thank you!

Great stay with a great host

It was one of the best stays we have ever had and Martin was really responsive to all our questions. Property was clean and nicely located geographically. Would recommend to anybody who visits here!

Clean, modern and great neighborhood

Martin’s place was a great choice for us. Great kitchen, bathrooms, nice neighborhood walkable distance to parks and downtown, and very clean. It could use some more board games/puzzles for the kids and softer lighting but after talking to Martin, he is already working on some of that. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect place for Disney visitors

Before we stayed in this cute little house, we notified the owner of a severe nut allergy one of our kids has. The owner assured us the house would be extra clean, and it was! No nut items anywhere to be found. The bathrooms were super cute and were able to accommodate all 5 of us easily. The house was super cozy and quaint and just a 10 minute drive to Disney in the morning. Thank you for the extra effort!

Welcoming home

Very cozy and spacious, host was very responsive to any concerns. overall very welcoming! Quiet neighborhood and only 15min away from Disney! Will be staying here again.

Family visit

This house is in a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. It is located near dining and shopping making it a very convenient location. The house itself is on a nice sized well maintained lot with a fenced in back yard. The house was clean and well supplied. The one downside was lack of storage for clothing and toiletries. Also the use of too many air fresheners was somewhat overwhelming.

Awesome neighborhood and great house

The house was set up nicely for 5 of us for a week stay! Clean and welcoming. Neighborhood was nice and was in a great area. Host communicated easily if we needed anything!

Great property!!

The property manager was very responsive to questions. The property is clean and modern. I loved the backyard and privacy it provided. We went to a graduation at Chapman University. The property is close to campus and close to other attractions, and the beach. Great stay - will reserve again in the future!

Graduation gift

The home was clean and had adequate space for our family. The host was easy to reach and responded in s timely manner. Neighborhood is quiet and accessible to basic needs. If we return will use the host again.

Adult Family Holiday

Our adult family of six shared the lovely home. Large open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The space was bright, clean and had all the modern conveniences, including coffee. It was located in a safe neighborhood and had parking for our three vehicles. The showers were amazing. We needed our Host Martin a couple of times to which he immediately responded through the messaging on VRBO. We requested some extra sheets which he promptly hand delivered to us. Another evening we locked ourselves out by accident and he responded immediately by phone and guided us back into the home. He was just very kind and helpful, we would definitely stay there again.

Early May

The floors were not clean, seems like someone mopped over the dirt: hair and lint everywhere. Pest control would be recommended: earwigs all over the place. Recommend putting some shelving in the bathrooms so guests have place for their toiletries. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Made a few donations of missing items that guests may need: toaster, teaspoons, regular size coffee cups. Also recommend adding a blender to kitchen. Decor was nice. Kitchen was very usable and nice. Large bedroom in rear needs a nightstand.

Perfect Home for Small Group

We were able to stay centrally located to Disney, Knotts and Medieval Times! Home fit our small family of three with two extended adult family members. We loved the tankless water heater and ability to all shower after park days. There is no tub. The neighborhood felt safe for families as we were close to Fullerton College and the High School. Martin communicated well and was very accomodating. Sadly home was average level of cleanliness. We swept often and home still felt a little untidy. A vaccum would have been great for the main carpets but cleaning supplies were nice to have. Pincher bugs were also inside daily due to recent rainfall so we tried to keep things off the floor if we could help it. But home was great without that minor inconvenience. We noticed home was well stocked with dishes and plates but didnt use oven or airfryer. We would stay again. Thank you!
