Admire the breathtaking Sea of Cortez views from your private terrace at Casa Jazmin. This inviting 3-bedroom villa offers a great location in Cabo’s private Costa Brava community, a small gated development on the sun-drenched Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Located just one villa back from the beach, a spectacular stretch of sand is a quick stroll away, and some of the area’s best golf courses are within a short drive from the villa. Excellent dining (reservations required) is available at the neighboring Garza Blanca Resort.

With a swimming pool, patio dining area, and comfortable furnishings, this well-equipped villa is ready to welcome you for a memorable stay in Los Cabos. Whether you heat up the outdoor grill to prepare the catch of the day, or just relax in a lounge chair enjoying the sea breezes, this lovely vacation rental is an excellent choice to enjoy with family or friends. Enjoy sights of migrating whales making their way along the shore in the winter months as you sip your morning coffee.

Book this villa and receive: 1 Complimentary Arrival or Departure Transfer (10 people max, ask us for details), chips, salsa and margaritas on arrival, villa delivery of your AVIS car rental, airport and villa arrival services, and 24/7 customer service. Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.

By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.

Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.

IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Casa Jazmin was such an incredibly beautiful property. The home, pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach was amazing and the 5 adults and toddler in the party were using all every day we were there. We rented a car so were able to go to various places and restaurants and also cooked at the property several times. We hit the Fresko grocery store several times as it was only a 10 minute drive away and offered ample provisions including prepared items.

Can't say enough great things about this stay. The home was fantastic, cozy and well supplied - full kitchen pans and gadgets, yoga mats, plenty of seating options indoors and out, and a super supply of towels for bathroom AND beach. Loved the view to the ocean with plenty of whale sightings all day long. A few steps down the hill and we were on a beautiful stretch of beach. Not ideal for a swim due to rip tides, but a great walking spot away from the Cabo crowds. Lovely touch having the concierge greet us with margaritas and chips & salsa. During our stay, Luis was lightning fast to respond to any questions/requests. We had a car and didn't have to use Uber, but aside from the amazing burrito place across the highway (and an OXO), there is not much you can walk to. Would highly recommend this well-appointed home.

Nice house, close to the ocean. Staff was always very quick to respond when needed. Would stay again and recommend. Good for families.

Amazing Location & Warm Welcome

This Vrbo was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hospitality was next-level; we were warmly greeted with welcome massages, which instantly set the tone for a luxurious and thoughtful stay. We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this property managed by CaboVillas.com. The listing did not adequately disclose the significant construction taking place directly adjacent to the home.Every day of our stay, active construction occurred from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There were construction workers regularly in and around the yard, making it difficult to enjoy any privacy. A temporary fence was erected that completely blocked what was supposed to be a beautiful ocean view—one of the primary reasons we selected this property.To make matters worse, there were open septic tanks nearby that created a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the day. Construction crews were also grinding and cutting materials, creating excessive dust that drifted into the pool area and onto guests trying to relax outside.This was not the peaceful vacation experience we paid for or expected. Had we been informed of the extent of the construction, noise, odors, loss of view, and disruption to the property, we would have chosen a different accommodation. We believe future guests deserve full disclosure of these conditions before booking. There was also a concrete truck blocking the access to the beach.Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience. The response from the manager was completely unacceptable and inconsistent based off of the luxury experiences they boast.

We are truly sorry that neighboring construction activity impacted this guest stay and did not allow them to fully enjoy the experience they expected. Construction activity on neighboring properties is unfortunately outside of our control, and the timing, scope, duration, and noise levels of such projects can change without notice. While we strive to keep guests informed of known conditions that may impact their stay, we are not always able to predict or verify how active a neighboring project may become during a specific reservation period. As soon as we became aware of the reported concerns, our team worked directly with the neighboring architect, contractor, property manager, and owner to implement mitigation measures, including dust-control barriers and adjustments to portions of the construction schedule. We also explored alternative accommodations. We understand how frustrating unexpected noise, dust, and disruptions can be during a vacation, and our team remained in communication throughout the stay and afterward to review the concerns raised and provide a goodwill resolution. While we regret that we were unable to reach an outcome that met their expectations, we appreciate the opportunity to address their concerns and thank them for sharing their experience.

Great Multigenerational Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Jazmin. The house is comfortable and well furnished, and we loved the pool and proximity to the beach. The support staff, from Kyla (booking, pre-trip) to Jorge (concierge), could not have done better. They were attentive, responsive, and thorough.We hope to return!

Amazing Week

Casa Jazmin was an absolutely beautiful time for us for our 10-day stay. There was a second level being added to one of the houses in the complex that caused quite a bit of noise throughout the days, but even that couldn't affect relaxing by the pool, whale watching from the patio and just having quiet time with the family. Ruben was amazing and so very helpful during our stay. There were a couple small issues that happened (broken lock, new coffee maker needed, cold pool) and he handled all of them quickly and happily. If you're looking for complete silence 24/7, this isn't for you, but I used to live in NY - I can easily ignore normal noise levels, especially when the location is so amazingly picturesque. Would definitely return.

Beautiful, idyllic stay - everything you need for a tropical vacation

We had a lovely time staying at Casa Jazmin. The amenities were perfect, the house was clean and well-stocked, and the outdoor area was just divine - with an amazing heated swimming pool and plenty of space for seating and eating. We were assisted by a very helpful and welcoming concierge Luis, and a range of very nice drivers and a maid (who did a SPECTACULAR job cleaning). The beach access was very close and private and beautiful as promised, and there were several resorts nearby (although as we weren't guests of them, we were not able to access any except one). We couldn't have possibly had a more beautiful and relaxing vacation. The one thing I would caution about is there is very loud construction happening right next door, causing unpleasant sights and sounds - but luckily we were able to avoid this for the most part as they only work til 5pm on weekdays, til 1pm on Saturdays, and do not work on Sundays. Definitely something to keep in mind if you are planning a weekday staycation. Other than that, I could not recommend this property and the hosts more!

The Concierge service was very convenient. A few things to note using the Concierge are: the golf course was going through aeration and we should’ve been advised of that as we would not have booked it, knowing the quality of the course would be poor. When ordering a case of water be delivered they used a taxi service which resulted in the water costing 71 so always be aware of cost before purchase. They did advise there was construction, but not the extent of it as it was jackhammers and very loud.The at home spa service was excellent. The location and pool were wonderful.
