The detached villa, built in 1882 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Garden.

Rovinj, district of Rovinjsko Selo. The villa is situated on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
