On the Istrian coast south of Porec, this spacious vacation home invites you to a unique stay. Here you can expect a spacious, high-quality interior, in which comfort and aesthetics are combined into a very tasteful whole. Spend relaxing vacations in a stylish atmosphere and have fun from time to time playing foosball, table tennis, darts or pool.



The house has a private, fenced garden, which will be a true oasis during your vacation. Spend quiet hours on the sun loungers, sometimes swim a lap in the pretty outdoor pool and end the day on the terrace with delicious local specialties.



If you feel like leaving your vacation paradise, several activities nearby invite you to spend exciting days. Explore the Istrian coast by car, which beckons with lovely beaches and charming villages, or rent bicycles and explore the surroundings at your own pace. Das Haus ist super neu und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

Das Haus ist super neu und hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort. Jeder behagte sein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad und der Keller mit Billiard, Dart und Spielkonsole hat die Kids happy gemacht. Die Zeit kann man bei der Hitze gut draußen verbringen, denn es gibt einen überdachten Bereich. Pool ist super groß und hat sogar eine Sprudel und Gegenschwimmanlage. Küche ist top ausgestattet mit einem großen extra Eisschrank…das Haus ist klimatisiert und hat ansonsten komplett unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. In 3 Minuten Gehweite ist ein Supermarkt, der von 7-22 Uhr geöffnet hat und auch Restaurants und der Strand sind nicht weit entfernt. In der Gegend entstehen gerade viele neue Häuser, aber im Sommer wird dort nicht gebaut. Neben an ist ein weiteres Haus des Vermieters und auf der anderen Seite ein leeres Grundstück. Von der einen Seite des Pools schaut man auf ein Wohnhaus, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Der Vermieter ist top und super responsiv. Auf unseren Wunsch nach Tabletts hat er diese direkt am gleichen Tag besorgt und sich intensiv gekümmert. Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in Funtana
