While all of Edinburg has a lot goin` on, the south west Side is the heart of edinburg’s foodie scene, warehouse-style breweries, and nightlife. Our home is in the perfect location, walking distance to all the action but on a quiet street that`s perfect for rest & relaxation. Our home is designed to help our guests have the full experience, without giving up any of the amenities. everything is bigger in Texas :) Have a big adventure. We`d love to have you!

The space is a charming and well-appointed home nestled in the backyard of the Edinburg, offering both privacy and accessibility to all of edingburg’s hot spots! you`ll certainly get all the comfort and home-like stay here if that is what you seek.
We strive to provide attention to all your needs.

We`ll pass you a key code to enter the gated community and a code to enter the gate. This will be provided on the day of booking for guest safety purposes. In addition, 2 parking lots will be available for guests if necessary.

Close to UTRGV, The South Texas Museum, Chick-fil-A, Canes, Taco Palenque, Panda, True fit, Expressway, Hidalgo Court, Blue wave, and 30 min from Mexico. UTRGV IS 5 min away!!!

All good. This was our second time renting from Mr. Cavazos. The place was clean and well stocked/appointed. This 3BR/2BA suite offered plenty of room for the comfort of our family of 4 adults (so much better than 2 hotel rooms). We had one issue early in our stay (our fault; we locked ourselves out), and Mr. Cavazos was quick to respond and address. Overall, and once again, it was a very pleasant stay.

Decent

Overall a decent experience. We started with some hiccups getting access to the property. Seemed like a VRBO delay vs host issue. Fortunately the host is very quick to respond. The place wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t trashed either. There was a partial roll of toilet paper with no back ups in either bathroom and a light roll of paper towels. Not something major , BUT, still an inconvenience. There was also an issue with the shower spilling out a lot of water. The host did get someone out there right away to try n get that fixed which I appreciated but also still an inconvenience. I will speak highly of the host, their responsiveness was fantastic and they tried to fix the issues.

Once again, host Eduardo is Superior!

I have stayed in Eduardo's properties before, and there is no disappointment. Quiet neighborhood, super clean, and only missing a coffee pot so bring your own!

Double booked and left us stranded after driving 8 hours. Try to check in to sleep at 1 am, and guess what? Someone else already checked in

Nice Quiet Stay in a Spacious Space

Worth it for you and your family! Excellent place to stay with all the amenities you could need in a quiet area. Host was attentive and polite and very easy to work with would definitely stay again!

Great get away

This was by far the best rental we have stayed at. It’s new, clean, great neighborhood, and nice appliances. The furnishings are nice, has everything you need. Almost… it does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. Other than that, this place had it all. Big TV in the living room. Coffee maker and full size appliances including a washer and dryer. Excellent place to stay and a great value.
