We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo listing this past week. The house was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable—truly everything we could have hoped for. Its location was perfect for all of our activities, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The owner has created a wonderful space, and we appreciated the care and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended!

Wedding in Charlotte

We stayed at Luxury Home in Charlotte while there for our friends son’s wedding. We enjoyed the home very much and give the host, Alan high marks for the location, cleanliness, and communication. We recommend this property highly and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Everything about it his property was perfect. It was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We even watched deer in the back yard. The owner was quick to respond and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. We would stay again.

Don't let the modest exterior fool you . . .

This house has been wonderfully remodeled. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed and furnished. And if your a TV addict, you've got plenty. Alan was a fantastic host and had evrything ready for us. It really did feel like our own home. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!

Beautifully decorated home

Our family enjoyed staying in this newly decorated home. Everything was so fresh and clean. The backyard is big and very private. There is no washer or dryer, and we ran low on towels so I called the owner, within two hours he had a bag of fresh towels sent over. The owner requires no cleaning before you leave the home which was so nice because most vacation rentals have a list of chores before you can leave. We did straighten up before we left, but it felt more like we were on vacation because we didn't have to spend so much time making things perfect before we left​. So grateful we found this property and owners that were so easy to work with. We will be booking this property again.

Great Place, Great Host

Mr. Mahammad Ali is a great host. Place is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and out of the way. A complete hidden treasure. I told him this place will be my little getaway!

Second time staying at this VRBO

The owner of this home treats people staying at his vacation property like you are staying at a very nice hotel. He does not make you clean, wash the sheets, and towels before you leave like so many other VRBO rentals homeowners do. We clean up of course before we leave the house, but it is not a requirement. So many other VRBO we have stayed rented make the day we leave very stressful because they say that if you do not do all these chores you will not get your refund money. The contrary is true with this home. He owner wants his guest to relax and enjoy the time you have at his home. They have waters, coffee, shampoo, and lots of the other items you will need during your stay. They do not require you to replenish the items before you leave as most VRBO homeowners do. It is so much more relaxing! I wish all VRBO owners would take lessons from this owner on how to treat their guest!

Absolutely stunning

I travel frequently and I do try to stay at higher end places as often as possible. This property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Everything is elegant and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and made check in and out a breeze. There were little amenities that gave you a taste of home. I can't reccomend it more. Absolutely five stars.

Great place to stay to enjoy Charlotte

This house has been renovated recently and they did a fantastic job. The location is very close to Ballantyne, Ft. Mill and the southside of Charlotte. We enjoyed the US National Whitewater Center and the free Billy Graham Library on our visit. The lot is large and in between two businesses so it's very quiet at night. The owner went the extra mile in his communication. This house was what we needed. Thank you for your hospitality!
