Half acre of private manicured lawn. Gravel driveway entrance to secluded, spacious ranch style home. Bonus media room. Furnished back screened porch. All lamps are touch w/USB charging, brand new HD TV's, coffee lover friendly kitchen. Super fast, mesh Wifi network. Ping Pong table. Indoor Electric Grill. Dog friendly. Neighborhood deer spotted walking through yard every night, for a fun watch with family and friends.

Family gets together

We had a great time and a fun weekend. There was room to spread out, and there was TV for everyone to watch what they were interested in. The location was close to our son's family and the events schedule. If we have another family get-together, we all love this house and will rent it again.

Great space to stay to enjoy time in the city with family.

Me and my family had a great time coming together to enjoy the city and staying in this beautiful home. Beautiful and spacious. Clean and not far from where we were going. Will book again in the future when visiting Charlotte.

Great family gathering spot

We had 4 couples and this was a great house for our group. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom space with plenty of room to spread out.We also had a special request and William was very helpful as our host.Highly recommend.

AAU Scrimmage

My husband and I rented this house for a AAU scrimmage tournament and the coaches. It was very cozy and had plenty of space. We will definitely consider renting the house again.

Home away from home

This property is very nice. It was reasonably priced and communication with the property manager was great. I work out of town frequently with a crew of guys and this was a great home away from home. I highly recommend this property.

Great Saty

We had to evacuate our home due to flooding. This home provide our family with a great stay while being out of our home. The location is great and property mangers were very quick to respond with questions. The home was well kept and is really beautiful.

Family Gathering

We enjoyed our stay for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable. Floor plan was cozy yet spread out nicely for privacy. Kitchen was set up well for cooking. Lovely neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to my email and requests! We would stay here again when we come back to Charlotte!

Thanksgiving in Charlotte

This house was perfect for part of the family, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was only about 15 minutes to my daughter's home where we all congregated. The house was easy to find, it was on a slightly busy street but really no issue.

NCAA D2 Soccer Championship Weekend

The property worked great for our stay. There was plenty of space for us and it was great to have a home base for the long weekend. The property was very clean. The only downside was that it would have been nice to have some basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, laundry soap and extra toilet paper since we all flew in for 5 days. However, it was easy to run to the store for those items since we were in a great location. Thank you!

Hi Melissa! Our listing does not list shampoo and conditioner because of allergies. However we had some in the mudroom cabinet that our personal property manager assisted you with. We also sent laundry detergent and hairdryer within 30 minutes of being alerted that the home needed them. We stated we had new cleaners that morning and we were accommodating an early check-in request from you. We also supplied extra toilet paper and allowed you access to our cleaning closet with the code within 5 minutes of you asking for more toilet paper. The owner and the property manager were fully available to you and in communication for the entirety of your stay. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay at this property. However unfortunately we ethically feel the need to reaffirm that every item you requested or needed in your review was supplied for you, in abundance. We pride ourselves in taking care of guests and anticipating their needs ahead of time as well as accommodating early check-ins and any other needs or requests during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

Great space for a family

This house was a great space for my family. We had everything we needed. The next bus stop was only a 10-minute walk away, and a gas station is just up the road. William was very responsive to any questions I had and was immediately available to problem-solve when we lost WIFI due to a thunderstorm.
