Idéalement située et moderne

Idéalement située, a proximité de la plage et des commerces, cette location est moderne et très propre. Elle bénéficie d’un jardinet et d’un garage précieux dans ce secteur où le stationnement est réglementé. Attention, ce garage accueille citadines et berlines mais pas les SUV. Vacances idéales à Quiberon et près du golfe du Morbihan.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces. Parking souterrain trop petit pour une grosse voiture mais possibilité de se garer à l'extérieur.. Appartement bien aménagé et spacieux.

VACATION RENTAL RATE

We had a nice week in the apartment and decided to stay 2 days more. But your office in Quiberon was vacant the next 2 days, the phone and email unanswered until the last day.  You agreed to prolong our stay only under conditions worse than we had had.  Our attempts to negotiate better or at least the same daily price lead to nothing.We are disappointed with your employees who showed lack of professionalism or interest in your clients, disappointed with your organization and of communications.

Location à recommender.

Nous avion déjà occupé cet appartement il y a deux ans et nous en étions entièrement satisfaits. Cette année encore, et peut être l'année prochaine si les dates le permettent. Une petite suggestion : Nous apprécions grandement la cafetiere Nespresso, mais un cafetiere toute simple serait aussi la bienvenue.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is very modern, very well equipped and very comfortable. It is also close to the main beach and the town’s amenities. One drawback is the narrow underground garage. The walls are too close and turning into the garage is very tight for anybody with an SUV sized car. Impossible for many of them, I would say. Another drawback was the handwritten instructions in French for operating the household appliances. I couldn’t read the handwriting. They would be better understood printed

Appena entrati nell'appartamento ci sia.mo accorti che c'era qualcosa che non andava. In sostanza l'appartamento non era quello prenotato. All'agenzia, a cui ci siamo rivolti per spiegazioni, ci hanno detto che l'appartamento era quello e basta. Non vero: al momento della prenotazione (marzo) sul sito di VRBO c'era una serie di foto relative all'appartamento di fianco e non si menzionava che gli appartamenti erano 2: infatti c'era solo una referenza. Naturalmente il giorno dopo le foto sono sta

Poco corretta l'agenzia Interhome locale

L'appartamento non corrispondeva a quello prenotato a marzo. L'agenzia locale (Interhome) ha subito detto che loro non erano responsabili nei nostri confronti. Ci hanno chiesto presso chi avevamo prenotato e quando abbiamo Detto Vrbo hanno detto che non sapevano e non conoscevano questa agenzia e perchè ci presentavamo da loro, quando la stessa Interhome aveva mandato i documenti di viaggio. Il comportamento è stato sgradevole, maleducato e prepotente per tutto il periodo, durante il quale abbiamo avuto disservizi da parte loro. Tanto che siamo partiti 4 giorni prima. Appartamento invivibile dove non c'era neppure lo spazio per aprire le valige-

Résidence parfaite pour une famille de 4 personnes. Appartement spacieux et bien entretenu,proche de la plage et du centre ville. Une terrasse très agréable par beau temps. Je recommande vivement cette location. Séjour plaisant.

Idéalement situé

Un joli appartement, bien agencé et bien décoré, presque les pieds dans l'eau dans une rue calme. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine avec mes filles. Le confort attendu est là, deux tout petits jardins permettant de profiter du soleil sans vis-à-vis. Equipements pratiques (suffisamment de vaisselle et grand frigo + congélateur). Des places pour se garer dans la rue (ma grosse voiture 9 place n'a pas pu descendre l'allée menant au garage, mais pour une plus petite c'est top...)

Location très bien située, très bien équipée et très propre. La remise des clés au départ et à l'arrivée s'est bien passée. Parfait!
