Welcome to our spacious, cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment centrally located in Bloomington/Normal! It is conveniently located close to ISU, Wesleyan, Hospitals, and Rivian. The unit is fully furnished with everything to make you feel right at home. This is an upstairs unit in a duplex. Enter through the right door on the front porch to access the open stairway to this unit.

The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and large dresser to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. There is a quiet space with a desk and a chair for you to complete any work. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, including a coffee maker. There is a small dining area next to the kitchen. This cozy living room features a plush loveseat, an oversized lounge chair, and 50” Smart TV that allows access to all streaming services.

Complimentary laundry is in located the basement. Parking is located in the back of the house. You may park in any of the spaces along the privacy fence.
