Located right off of Constitutional trail, this little gem has everything your traveling group needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. You can expect a full-service kitchen complete with a dishwasher, fast wifi, and a washer and dryer in the basement. The best part of the house is the bonus, basement hang-out room with a 65" SmartTV. For added outdoor security, we have 2 cameras, one by the front door and one by the garage in the back. We never have any recording devices inside the home.

This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath duplex has everything you'll need and is situated between all major Bloomington-Normal locations. Located near Downtown Bloomington, next to Bloomington's historic district and just off the Constitution Trail.

- Bedroom 1 with Queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with Queen bed
- Full bath with shower in tub

- Small board game table set-up and board games and puzzles

You will have the entire home to yourself. There is garage parking available, but you can also park along the back of the property. Access inside the home with through the digital lock. A unique code will be provided to you with your check-in instructions.

Home away from home

We have stayed here multiple times over the four years our son was in college. The house was close to our son, always clean and comfortable, and a great place to unwind and spend time with him. Getting ahold of our host was easy and effortless, but overall we never had any issues.

Great place to stay; great communication

We enjoyed our stay in Bloomington and we’re glad we chose this property! Matthew was very transparent with us (requested an early check-in) and was great with communication before and throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and we were provided with everything you’d need from a vacation rental. We were very pleased with our stay.

Quiet Area

Clean & well maintained - great alternative to hotel stay!

I travel to Bloomington once a month for work and stay between 3-4 days. Staying in a hotel room can be tiresome. This is a great alternative that is priced right.

Met our needs for our week in Bloomington

Our friends and I needed a place to stay while working on a volunteer construction project. The place worked well for our needs. We appreciated easy communication with the host in answering questions about extra towels etc. Also respected our request for no scents to be used in cleaning and no air fresheners.

Nice duplex with garage

Second Time Still a Charm
