This Cozy cabin offers the perfect getaway for any family. Located just outside of South Fork you will be close to ATV trails and the Rio Grande River. After a long day on the trails enjoy your evenings relaxing on the wrap around porch and take in the beautiful mountain views.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful log home.

Very nice house in log style. Lots of room, very clean and beautiful scenery. Great location. Awesome property. .

Great stay

One of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. Photos didn’t do the cabin justice. Cabin had everything we needed.

Great property

Great set up for parents to have their own room and kids upstairs! Lots of beds and space upstairs: the kids loved it. Beautiful area!

This is actually for Fir Oasis

We got a call the day we were going to be arriving from Beau and he let us know there were some problems with the well - and let us choose between a couple of places because he did not want us to be unhappy (he said it smelled like sulfur). So we chose the two bedroom one vs a condo .. which ended up being Fir Oasis! It was actually a blessing in disguise because we had come into South Fork for my cousins wedding & ended up a block away from the grooms family who also got a place big enough for a lot of family coming in and they live in a small home in Alamosa. So the last night there we did dinner with them in town. For Oasis was clean, and exactly what we needed. I actually have some lung issues so it was helpful to have two bedrooms on the main level, with my parents having the other one, and with my brother upstairs in the loft. The altitude sickness got all of us.. and with my lung issues even with my portable oxygen I didn’t feel like doing stairs getting ready since I was a bridesmaid. I think it’s actually been our favorite place we have stayed when it comes to VRBO and airb&b’s.. the kitchen was beyond stocked.. we had room to not be on top of each other.. and we could go out and watch the stars at night. I know that would have been the same for Milner retreat, and I have no doubt Milner would have been the same given how courteous and helpful Beau was as a host!
