This magnificent home is located on the banks of the "Mighty Rio Grande River". The home offers stunning mountain views and is centrally located in South Fork, CO. There are also stunning 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains. You can watch the river flow by from the deck while watching trout sip flies from this beautiful section of the river. This is a perfect summer getaway and also located within 20 minutes of Wolf Creek Ski area during the winter.
This property has a very open floor plan with plenty of room to sleep a couple of families and perfect for entertaining and enjoying your vacation. The open floor plan allows everyone to interact with one another. There is seating for 7 people at the dining room table and 5 people at the kitchen bar area. There is a nice downstairs living area where the adults can relax and watch the fireplace or the Smart TV. The upstairs is a perfect place for kids to watch their own show in the one loft section and play games in the second loft section on the foosball and a 9' shuffle board table.
The master bedroom is on the downstairs main level and has its own river view and deck access with a king size bed, and a master bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and dual vanities. There is a fully equipped laundry room, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a shower on the main level. The upstairs is divided into 2 loft sections and also features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed and set of twin bunk beds as does the 4th bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
This is a perfect location for your next Mountain Adventure.

The are NO ATV'S allowed on the streets in this Subdivision. Failure to comply with this rule will result in automatic forfeiture of Security Deposit.
All parking needs to be on the property and not the street. The Town of South Fork can and will impose fines on you as the renter.
There is also another Beau Meyer Realty property next door you can also rent for large family gatherings.

This is a great home ,great location, how ever not being managed properly, 1 hour before arriving on mon,after purchasing groceries for family for week, manger texed and said refrigerator went out left you coolers , when i texed back he called and was verry un symptomatic of our position and was verry rude, when i called vrbo and complained he called back 45 min later and said a refrigerator had been installed , he new about this friday and by 3 :00 mon and had not thought it was necessary to do anything until i called vrbo, , after arriving we found appliances ,crockpot, mixer been used and put up dirty, found crumbs all in sofa cushions, used food in nightstand drawers. The washing machine was mildew and dirty inside, the house next door had 17 people partying all night,,,,all of these things would not have been so bad if not for the rudeness of the manager about the refrigerator,,,this could be a 5 star home if it was cleaned and run correctly, we have been coming on vacation to southfork for 20 years, by far our worst experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Lobo Lodge! It exceeded our expectations. The view from the back of the house is lovely, the location is great, the property was clean and well decorated. Communication with management prior to the visit was timely and friendly.We had two families with 8 children between us and the sleeping arrangements were just what we needed.We would definitely stay at this home again when in South Fork!

House was clean and comfortable. Loved the main floor being level with the river. The upstairs games were a nice touch for the kids. Very nice place to unwind and relax. Note: There is construction across the river that starts at 7 am every morning. That was the only downside to the trip/house. We had no heads up about the construction.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and everything was in working order. The host was a pleasure to deal with. The house is in a nice neighborhood and located near numerous outdoor activities.

Best vacay ever!!!

We loved EVERYTHING about this place!!! Loved the wildlife (deer, geese, ducks), sunrises, sound of the creek, and the decor of the home. We were 25 min from Wolf Creek. Made the best memories.Wished we could live there!!

Nice and in very good condition

The house was very nice. We are not pet lovers and we found pet hair all over the place so we had to do some cleaning first wich was not a problem.

Weekend getaway

This place is amazing, right on the river and well equiped with everything you need. I missed the part of the description that said no garage access, but that was on us and we survived without it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

House was great, comfortable for a large group and loved that the kitchen was stocked. Taking the trash across town is a bit inconvenient but we loved our stay.

Great mountain cabin

Great location in Southfork, CO for a ski trip stay. Cabin has a great layout, beds are comfortable, views are beautiful. We had to fix an under the counter sink leak in the kitchen upon arrival, housekeeping was not done well before arrival- kitchen counters were found sticky, coffee machine and cups found dirty, and two downstairs bedroom beds found with used sheets- other than that, things seemed surface clean everywhere else. Would definitely stay again- would just recommend making housekeeping staff more accountable before future stays.

Great location on the Rio

We had a family get together at the Lobo Lodge on the Rio Grande and really enjoyed it. This property was perfect for our needs. The site on the river is great, quiet, and beautiful. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.
