Welcome to one of the freshest and largest properties in Wears Valley -- just minutes from all that the area has to offer! This 5,000 plus square foot mega-residence features a gorgeous view of Cove Mountain, 24-seat movie theater, spacious arcade/game room, and 9 bedrooms!
Outside, the fire pit is a unique design allowing maximum seating beneath the stars, with a huge view out in front. Two levels of decks are placed perfectly to soak up the views. This property is nestled right in the heart of Wears Valley and is just 12 minutes to light 3 in Pigeon Forge, 18 minutes to Gatlinburg, and 4 minutes to the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Come and enjoy all the Smoky Mountains has to offer and relax in luxury.

Big enough

The cabin was wonderful. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms no one was crowded. The kitchen is amazing this was the place where we would gather and enjoy each others company. We were a group of ladies that came to be filled with the Love of Christ. If you hadn’t been to women of joy conference I would highly recommend it. This place would accommodate a group perfectly. The only suggestion that I have for the owner is the parking spaces. Thank you for sharing a beautiful place.

Moms 70th birthday

The house was amazing. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised at how many cooking supplies they had. I don't have anything bad to say except for the parking. We are jenga masters, so we were able to figure it out, just a little frustrating at times. Plenty of space for the whole family. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Excellent property with a just few little quirks

First off, our stay here was excellent, the house itself Easily accomidated the 13 of us. The seperate bedrooms and the individual bathrooms were a huge plus. The theater room was a great place to fit everyone for gamenights, and the large dinner table fit us all easily. Everything here was purposefully built to comfortably fit a large number of people while still giving them their individual space. The Kitchen is gigantic and open concept, having doubles of each appliance made cooking for a crowd very easy. The host was nice and incredibly quick with their responses! There were just a few quirks that are worth mentioning. 1. The parking can only really accomidate maybe 3-4 cars in the upper square lot. After that each car has to park in the winding driveway up to the house. There was a lot of vehicle shuffling throughout the weekend. (The host is aware of this and mentioned they were looking to improve it) 2. While the house itself is well built, there were a lot little things that felt pretty cheap. The laminate floors have started to unstick in a few of the hallways & bedrooms. The chairs in the theater did not feel very stable to recline on and the armrests felt dubiously attached, The hot tub thermometer is incredibly off. We measured it at over 110 when the built in meter said only 94, this made it tough to spend any meaningful amount of time in it. All are small fixes that I'm sure the host could take care of quickly. All in all, we'll absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for large groups!

This property has every amenity needed for a large group. The kitchen is well apportioned with large refrigerators and two microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, and coffee makers. Enjoying a movie in the theater was fun, but having to figure out how to sync the two screens was a challenge since the tvs are not connected. The game room was always a reprieve. The new owner was very responsive and helpful. Our group will certainly consider another stay in the future.
