Welcome to my West Knoxville home . Perfect location for your family and friends to gather with easy access to shopping, eating and let's not forget Tennessee sports. With simple access from the interstate to put you within 8 minutes from downtown knoxville or less than 5 minutes to a shopping experience of west town mall. This is also perfect for those who looking for alternative means to get around without having to drive.to travel through Uber or Lyft without having to pay for expensive prices. I would recommend this option especially if you coming in for a sporting event at the university of Tennessee.

The house comes with basic amenities such as. Keyless entry. washer and dryer. Brand new refrigerator. One and half bathroom with walk-in shower and office space for work (those staying longer than 4 weeks). Free access to the Wi-Fi high speed internet. Hulu tv. The house has central heat and cooling. Hard wood floors with carpet in the living room only. Perfect for a traveling family’s, travel nurses or just weekend getaway to enjoy East Tennessee.

*** the office will be locked unless requested for use for those who are staying a month or longer

*** inclement weather conditions*** Please plan accordingly. I do understand travel can be a headache at times and things do happen especially with the weather. With that being said. The cancellation policy will be held up. Things such as weather, cancellations of flights or road emergency, are out of my control. I am very quick to keep you updated before arriving especially in the winter months. I will make the adjustments and add extra discounts to work with you.

the host was attentive but the property was way over priced for what was given for lodging. There was old food in the refrigerator and the kitchen floor was sticky. The deck and front porch had not been swept. The house was just very dated.

The host was extremely responsive and kind! Best host ever! The home, while not new or updated, was perfectly comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed! It was in a great location--easy access to the interstate and shopping--and the area around was quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

It has a nicely equipped kitchen with a Kurig coffee maker, a good selection of spices and dishes etc. the house was clean and the garage is available for parking. The TV has Roku and Apple TV for easy use with a nice selection of channels. The easy access to the freeways is nice, not so close to have obnoxious traffic noise but close enough to get to quickly. The owner is very communicative.

We all LOVE Knoxville and our adventure there.

If you are looking for a comfortable home, with everything you need in a stay away from home, don’t hesitate to contact Edward and enjoy a cute home away from home. We had staples in the cupboard and soap, detergent, tons of fluffy white towels along with a super air conditioner to keep your cool while you’re in the very hot south. We loved it and will certainly be back. Edward even brought us delicious cookies for a special treat. Thanks Edward for everything!

Great location

We stayed here because it was so close to family we were visiting. House was a little outdated but overall was spacious enough for our family of 5. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Close and Quiet

This property is centrally located. Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room and comfortable beds.Bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower drips, but functional and clean.

Great communication

Good location to UTK. Car dependent but quick drive to everything. Owner was great to deal with and responsive in taking care of a very minor issue with the TV. Easy check in and check out. House was clean. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Will use again! Thank you!

Christmas in Knoxville

It was a good location for our family. We were close to two other homes of friends we wanted to spend time with during the holidays. There was a very nice park nearby, and plenty of stores and restaurants. The owner even had a Christmas tree there waiting for us! Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed! Thank you, we enjoyed our time there.

It is kind of outdated the wood floors make noises when walking and the bathrooms are very outdated the shower/tub could use some attention water constantly leaks in the shower the sink is very short the entire bathroom needs updated the we didn’t have enough towels for 5 people The toilet seats will not stay lifted when the males are tryIng to urinate the beds were very uncomfortable also

Great Location and Comfortable

Our family enjoyed our stay in Edwin's house. It was comfortable, clean, had ample amenities, spacious, and a great location for everything you might want to do in Knoxville. The property description was a bit confusing. Read the fine print carefully. The office is only available for use if you rent for one month. So, it really only sleeps four adults in two bedrooms rather than the listed occupancy of five. There was an air mattress and a sofa for additional sleeping. Overall, the home and location worked well.

Excellent!!!

Stayed for a football game day weekend. Great location, price and weekend stay. Very clean, and has all you need. The location is close to everything. Will stay there again!!!

I love Knoxville because of the continuous growth of the community and small business professionals that are coming up and helping improve this city all while being competitive with each other.

So I’m going to brag a little. When traveling I find it very important to have easy access to the interstate while also having the distance from the city. The house meets those needs and now with unber and lyft as options to travel. You can easily save time by catching a ride to a restaurant sporting events or concerts and not have to deal with parking. Also for those looking to stay weeks into months. I’m literally down the street from multiple grocery stores shopping boutiques that are commercial but also privately owned.
The neighborhood is quiet beside the late afternoon rush hour traffic and the morning commute. Most of the traffic is done within an hour or so.

Hule tv. High speed internet. 75 in flat screen tv. I’m always working on new ways to improve the house but also changing the themes based on holidays throughout the year. Over all the idea is to keep it simple without making it complicated
