Upon arriving to the property, mold was discovered in two of the bedroom AC units. In the main bedroom overlooking the ocean this was sizable and a real health concern. Mold was also found in the caulking of the bathroom. Traveling with my infant I did not render the property habitable. We did not even unpack and left the property. My Perfect Stays took their time to offer another lodging solution. They offered the next day after we had already found suitable lodging. While the condo does photograph well, it is dated. Dated furniture and decor are not as big of a concern as the black mold in the AC units that circulate the air throughout the unit,

Aloha, and we’re very sorry you had to experience these concerns during your stay, particularly while traveling with your infant. We understand how concerning it would be to encounter what appeared to be mold in the AC units. We do see that you reached out to our after-hours team. Our after-hours team is available to assist with true emergencies, such as lockouts, fires, flooding, and other urgent situations. When a relocation is requested or determined to be necessary, our standard process is for our daytime Guest Services team to take over the following morning so we can properly assess the situation, coordinate alternative accommodations, and assist with the next steps. We’re sorry that the timing of this process did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will be sharing your feedback with our team for review. Amazing view! We saw turtles daily. The unit had everything you needed, plenty of onsite parking, well maintained property, and was located right on the beach. The beach was perfect for young children. I would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway spot!

We rented this amazing unit for our 10 day trip to Maui, the place had everything we needed and was super comfortable for all of us! It was exactly as described with amazing views of the water. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

Amazing views and super clean

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was great! They have everything you need and the perfect stay was extremely quick to get back to us if we needed anything or had any questions. The location is great and the best part was the ocean breeze and the views!

The Complex is keep up nicely and it is also Quit at the ComplexCheck in Was easy. Filling out the Parking Permit was easy.The veiw of the Ocean and Beach from the Condo is excellant. The Condo has everything you need for your stay.

What a wonderful find! The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was thought of to make our vacation wonderful We are so happy to have found this place! Quiet complex, easy access to the beach, beautiful pool. Not crowded at all (this was in June). A/C kept the place pleasantly cool. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxed vacation. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Perfect Location!

I brought my young adult children here for their first trip to Hawaii in early May. We had an amazing time! This condo was everything we were looking for. The view was amazing and it was one of the best spots for snorkeling. We swam with turtles everyday and we could even see them from our condo balcony. The beach was beautiful and never packed with a bunch of people. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There were a few nights that we were woken by noisy neighbors but you’re probably going to experience that anywhere. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

The view was stunning. The beds comfortably and lots of room . We had our own en-suite and daughter had her own en suite . Created privacy . Plenty of cooking supplies . We would have the door open in our bedroom to have the ocean lull us to sleep . And what a view to wake to in the morning..the ocean is right there not crowed at all . Lots of turtles popping their head up . Spent plenty of days hanging on the beach and snorkeling from there . Everything thing is close by . Easy access The building is older but well maintained The only issue was the sink in our en suite gurgled often . Like a cat was throwing up ..I reported it and they are looking in to it .

Exactly what we were looking for

This was my fifth trip to Maui. Lots has changed since I first visited 15 years ago. While this condo may be a little bit of a drive from the airport, it's tucked away right on the ocean front making it SO worth it. The unit was clean upon arrival with the A/C blowing and music playing to set the mood for our vacation - nice touch! Everything we needed to cook at home was included. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the private lanai and hit the beach right after with the included chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. Just a short walk to multiple general stores, or a walkable/short drive to the grocery stores. Easy access to highway to get to Kaanapali/Kihei/Makena. Nearby gym and anything else you may need on your stay. I highly recommend this vacation property for adults, families, or small groups of friends looking for their Hawaiian escape for a couple weeks. Thank you MyPerfectStays for making this vacation so great. We will be back!

Unfortunately we stayed during the kona low Maui storm. The condo flooded through the 2 sliding glass doors. We spent 3 days mitigating the flooding 24/7 through the night and all day. A maintenance worker came by and said there was nothing that could be done. Rain was pouring in from the defective doors. We were able to save this condo from thousands of dollars of damage by helping manage the flooding. Working with the management company has been very disappointing. We received very little refund. Attempts to speak with the manager have failed. After a month, I am still waiting for Amelia to return my call, being told every time I call she is busy and will call back asap. I will never stay with this company again. Be aware of this vacation company with terrible customer service. The pictures of the condo are much nicer than the current state of the condo. Peeling walls, dirty shower, dirty food splattered walls. These are all things we could have overlooked if My Perfect Stays could have communicated better with us.I have waited a month to write this review, hoping that this could be resolved, and My Perfect Stays has refused to communicate. Very disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience during the Kona low storm, which was an unprecedented weather event and unfortunately outside of our control. We would like to clarify that we did speak with you regarding your concerns, including your request for a refund. During that conversation, we agreed to and processed a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. As communicated at the time, refunds beyond this are not provided for events classified as acts of nature. We do appreciate your efforts in managing the water intrusion during the storm and understand how stressful that situation must have been. However, the conditions you encountered were directly related to severe weather impacting the area. Regarding communication, we regret if there was any frustration, but we did address your case and clearly communicated that no additional refund would be issued. We take all feedback seriously and will continue working to improve both our property conditions and guest communication. Again, our sincere apologies for this experience. Mahalo, My Perfect Stays
