This beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in St. James City, sits on a salt water canal minutes away by boat from the Intercoastal Waterway, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach, and some of the best fishing in all of SW Florida! The home comes with a 7,000# boat lift and fish cleaning station on the dock where you can see manatee and dolphins in the canal. It is also within minutes of 5 restaurants and 2 grocery stores!

Host was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. He has great follow-up skills and was very knowledgeable about the area. His home was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had an excellent time and would consider staying there again.

Best stay ever

It was comfortable, clean, plenty of room and nicely decorated. Location was the best with many kayaking and fishing opportunities. Owner was easy to contact and made us feel welcome.

Great place. Great location. The owners are easy to deal with. The place was very clean and comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next trip to the island.

Little Bit of Paradise

George was fantastic to work with, made sure that we had everything that we needed. Very clean and spacious home, very welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely go back!

Great place to stay

Needed a place for visiting friends and family and this property was perfect. George and Holly were both super attentive. I simply mentioned something in passing and george had someone there asap for a very minor issue. I was impressed. Anyhow, great place to stay.

Perfect

Exactly as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, visiting manatees and dolphins. Walking distance to several restaurants, launched our paddleboards from the house. Clean and bright and host was exceptional. Kitchen had everything we needed.
