Spacious Home with Heated Pool!

Our home provides a beautiful reprieve for your group/family to stay together in one location. With plenty of room, you will feel like everyone has their own space.
There are 3 traditional bedrooms and the 4th bedroom has an attached loft

The backyard has a pool with soaking tub, a large covered patio and a gas BBQ

We’ve made updates!
New windows, fresh interior paint, front door motion light and an excellent new weekly pool maintenance crew!

Located approximately 10-15 minutes from the airport & LV strip

We are registered with the city of Henderson. Our STR number is STR20-00024

The house was lovely and the pool was great. Nice location close to restaurants (and The Puppy Store!). Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We loved it!

Enjoyed our stay.

Love the layout of the house. Access into the house was easy. My kids loved the pool and couldn’t wait to swim everyday because it was extremely hot in Vegas. Good location and close to everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in Green Valley Ranch. The home was very clean and a comfortable space for 6 adults. The pool required some maintenance while there and the owners were communicative and helpful in ensuring we had a great stay!

Fantastic house for large groups!

We had a group of ten people for our stay in Vegas for Twitchcon, the location was fantastic to get to the convention center and the rest of the strip. The house was roomy and very clean. Definitely recommend for large groups. The owners were very easy to get in contact with for any questions as well. There was an issue with the pool pump (we did not even notice) and they were very prompt and communicative about fixing the issue. Definitely recommend!

Birthday visit to Vegas

We had a good time. The house was as expected. Was perfect for what we needed. The owners were very responsive. I would stay here again. Just.be aware, per.city ordinance, you can only use the pool 10am to 10pm. With 110 degree heat we would've liked to access it earlier. Overall, was a great little trip to celebrate a couple of birthdays in our group.

Clean and Spacious

The house was a lot nicer than expected. The house was clean and very spacious. My family and I were there for a few days and we didn’t feel cramped in the house. Communication with the host was great. I got responses back within a few minutes. Check in process was quick and easy. I would definitely start there again.

The home was fairly clean. The pool required some maintenance and the owner responded quickly.

The house is older and a two story and during our stay in August, the lower level was very cold and the upper level was not comfortable to sleep. We had to buy some fans.

We were in town for a family event and this was the perfect space for us to be. The pool was enjoyed by all and everyone appreciated that it could be heated!The outdoor seating area was also a nice way for the adults to enjoy the weather while the kids watched a movie. The directions were clear, the neighborhood was quiet and if we find ourselves in vegas again we will certainly consider booking here again.
