Lake Harmony/Split Rock Retreat - Family Friendly - 2 Living Spaces

Lake Harmony is a premier year round vacation destination in the heart of the Poconos and the areas only gas powered lake offering waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Our home is walking distance to lakeside activities (kayaks, tubing, paddle boats, and The Sand Bar), Split Rock resort (waterpark, arcade, bowling, dining), and The HUB (café, market, pub, indoor golf simulator). You will be just a short drive away from Lake Harmony Watersports (wakeboarding, water skiing - lessons available, kayaks, tubing), Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski resorts, restaurants, championship golf, water parks, whitewater rafting, paintball, zip lines, vineyards, hike/bike trails, Jim Thorpe, and much more.

- BACKYARD has both propane and charcoal grills, a firepit area (wood provided), picnic tables, play house, and outdoor games to enjoy

SECOND FLOOR

- BEDROOM (1) has a KING bed and private bath with a tub / shower combo
- BEDROOM (2) has a QUEEN bed and a shared balcony
- BEDROOM (3) has a QUEEN bed and a shared balcony
- FULL BATH with tub / shower combo
** Each second floor bedroom has a smart 43 inch ROKU Tv

Home is cooled by CENTRAL AIR.
Home is heated by baseboard heat, each room has it's own thermostat.

Feel comfortable working from “home” with our extremely fast WiFi capable of handling all of your devices.

No need to worry about logging out of Netflix, Disney, etc... Our Roku Smart TVs will take care of that for you upon check out.

There are 2 pack n plays, an umbrella stroller, and a two seat red radio flyer wagon available. We have an Amazon Echo for music, and books, puzzles, and games for your enjoyment.

The entire home, yard, and shed is yours during your stay with the exception of 2 hall closets.

Our home is located in a wooded area not far from the lake. You may encounter wildlife near the house including small animals, deer, and the occasional bear. This also means insects may be present. We have great cleaners and have pest control treat the property regularly but you may still encounter a random insect in or around the house especially during the spring season when the weather warms up.

*Winter Weather*
The Poconos is a ski destination so we do get a lot of snow, all wheel drive is recommended. We do offer plow service for snow over 2 inches but timing is dependent on our contractors schedule/availability- shovels and salt are provided. Please plan accordingly.
