Escape to the serene beauty of the Pocono Mountains when you stay at our Cozy Pocono Mountain Retreat in very desirable Towamensing Trails.! Unwind in our 3-level family cabin nestled on a 1.5-acre wooded lot in the Pocono Mountains. Perfect for large families or groups — with a hot tub, finished basement & bar, game room, and space to sleep 12. Minutes to skiing, waterparks, golf, casinos, hiking, and more!

Whether you seek outdoor excitement or prefer a more relaxed pace, the Pocono Mountains offer something for everyone. From hiking and biking trails to water parks and zip-lining adventures, there's no shortage of activities for all ages. We'll provide you with a list of nearby family-friendly attractions and local gems to help you make the most of your vacation.
Our community has a pool, lake, beach, tennis and basketball courts. We are conveniently located near the PA turnpike within minutes from outdoor recreation spots such as Lake Harmony, Hickory Run State Park, Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback Ski Resorts. Other entertainment attractions include Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Outlets, Kalahari Resort, Great Wolf Lodge, Mount Airy and Mohegan Sun Casino's, Penn's Peak featuring national acts as well as many local bars and restaurants.


Our luxurious and private house nestled within the Pocono Mountains on 1.5 acres, with 1 acre being wooded, offers 3 levels of living and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The lower level features our family game room with 2 smart TV's, Pool Table, Foosball, Shuffleboard Table, Bar, bathroom and full access to the laundry area. The main level of the cabin has an open floor plan, with TWO separate living spaces, each with tons of comfortable seating, large scree smart TV's, and one with a gas fireplace. Dining Room, Kitchen, which leads to private deck with hot tub, surrounded by woods. Main floor also offers Queen Bedroom with full bath. The 2nd level of the cabin features 3 added bedrooms, all with Queen Beds, and 1 with 2 sets of Bunks. 2 additional Full Baths as well. With 3 levels of living there is plenty of room for you and your group to spread out and enjoy.

Outdoor Delights:
Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Pocono Mountains. Our property boasts a large, private backyard that is surrounded by wooded lots, perfect for family picnics, games such has horseshoes, ladderball, cornhole and outdoor JENGA, or stargazing in the evenings while sitting in the hot tub. The Take in the crisp mountain air as you relax on the spacious deck, sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

This is your mountain getaway home conveniently located in Towamensing Trails. A private community that offers amenities such as, a private lake, beach area, tennis courts, playground and more. There is a secluded lake in Hickory Run State Park which is just an 8 minute drive that offers a secluded lake, a free extensive beach for swimming and there are several streams for the fishing enthusiasts
Our cabin is the perfect spot for your next adventure in the Poconos Mountains, Minutes from several outdoor activities, area attractions, and tasty restaurants!

Our Home Features:
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Multiple flat-screen cable TVs, free WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, a gas fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard, bar, private hot tub, gas grill, furnished deck, driveway parking, and more!
-Walk to the lake, beach, pool and clubhouse!
- 8 passes are provided that grant access to the community amenities which include a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, lake, beach, game room and restaurant! PLEASE NOTE: the development only provides 8 renter wristbands for the lake/community pool areas. Additional wristbands are available for purchase for $10/day per person if using the lake/beach/pool. Additional wristbands can be purchased in cash @ the boat rental

Great communication with the host — before and during the trip. The house was perfect in terms of location and size. We had 11 people (5 adults and 6 kids) and we had more than enough room! The property was beautiful and well maintained. Would love to stay here again!

The house was very nice and clean. We had a fun time hanging out in the basement playing pool and watching March Madness. The hot tub outside seemed brand new and had a really cool little roof and side curtains, which made it super cozy and private while blocking the wind. It was also very nice and made things easier for my parents that one of the bedrooms is on the main floor. The host was easy to work with and very responsive.

We spent the week at this beautiful home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking dinners all week. The game room was a hit with everyone! And relaxing in the hottub was great! We especially liked that it had a canopy and curtains to pull as it was rainy and windy off and on during our stay. Our family would definitely stay here again! Great vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home in the Poconos - the hot tub and game fun offered lots of fun when we where home. The home had plenty of space for our family and there was a comfy couch to lounge and watch movies as a family. The owner was very responsive to us during our stay and helped resolve any questions/concerns we had!

Great house!

This house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had so many amenities to keep everyone happy. The basement was a ton of fun for kids and adults alike, and the rest of the house was clean and comfortable for relaxing. Close to both ski resorts making our days on the mountain easy and simple, even with 5 kids in tow. The owner was very responsive and made sure our stay was an enjoyable experience.

Pocono race weekend

Had a great time at this home! Came stocked with games throughout the whole house and a family of deer to observe from the hot tub in the back yard! Check in and out was super simple. Upon arrival, there wasn’t any toilet paper and when we notified the owner, it was at our doorstep within the hour!

Adult Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend with friends. We had an amazing time! The house was clean, checkin was simple, and the location was perfect! Thanksgiving getaway

We rented this house for Thanksgiving weekend. This house is very cozy and has great amenities. We all had a great time, the game room in the basement is awesome. Overall enjoyed this house very much, much better than a lot of houses we stood before in the Poconos. Thanks Jeff for all your help.

Quiet Getaway in PA

Family weekend trip with my mother, husband and kids. The property was very clean. They had plenty of quality supplies for cooking. The basement had fun games to play and kept us busy. Video games were fun for children. The jacuzzi was large and clean and was relaxing to sit in. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus. Nice place to stay and enjoy PA.

Family vacation

Family gathering with our adult kids and grandkids who were looking for spending time together. Plenty of things to do in the house, as well as at the nearby lake and swimming pool. Short day trip to Hickory Run, where we conquered Boulder Field. Plenty of deer who visited us on a daily basis, including 4 fawns that ran around the woods. Will rent again in the future.

Space for all ages

FIVE STARS! Jeff was great to work with, from booking, to check out and all in between. We have a large group from 65-newborns and there was plenty of space and fun for everyone. The basement game room was the perfect hangout for the kids & teens. Two oversized livings rooms. You will have space to spread out and relax. Hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake! Great property, look forward to going back soon!

Family getaway

Very clean nice home. Comfortable living spaces. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping meals. Many leisure activities offered for downtime or rainy days. The owner was easily accessed and responsive for a minor issue we had. It was remedied the same day. It was a pleasure staying here.

Perfect Family Getaway Weekend

We had a great family weekend at this home. The location is very good with close access to JFBB, restaurants, and shopping. There were 14 of us and the house had plenty of space to accommodate us. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The hot tub was great and everyone enjoyed it. We had a lot of fun too, in the basement that’s equipped with foosball, a pool table and shuffleboard, and two TVs. The bar area is really nice.The property manager was attentive and responded very quickly to any messages. We would definitely rent this property again!

Weekend away with Friends

This was the perfect house to get away for the weekend with friends. We had so much fun and didn’t even leave the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The cleaning crew stopped our first night to deliver some starter essentials and make sure everything was ok. We spent most of the time in the basement playing pool and shuffleboard. We would definitely visit again.
