Welcome to Woodhaven 13, a great family-friendly 2-bedroom plus sleeping den/2.5 bathroom townhome located in Sun Peaks East Village.
Cozy up in the comfortable living room, snuggling up on the large L-shaped couch or the various armchairs, enjoying the toasty riverrock fireplace and the flatscreen TV. Draw the curtains for more privacy, or keep them open to enjoy a glorious view of Mt Morrisey across the way.
Off of the full kitchen is access to the patio area with your private hot tub, perfect to soak in after a long day of adventure. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the kitchen bar, and with an open concept allowing access to both the kitchen and living room, you have ample space for a dinner party or entertaining guests for an aprés-ski.
Off of the living room is your private balcony with seating so you can sit and enjoy some fresh mountain air. This main level also has the half bathroom.
Head upstairs from the living room to access the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has another private balcony, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has another wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The ground level features the garage, the laundry room with convenient in-suite laundry facilities, and sleeping den, with another flatscreen TV and plenty of storage. The garage has plenty of space to store your sports gear, whether you visit in the summer or winter seasons.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
