Welcome to Trail's Edge 51, a three storey 2-bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome just a few minutes from the main Sun Peaks Resort village area.
The ground level features the garage, the entry area suitable for taking off and putting on your ski gear, the sleeping den, and the convenient in-suite laundry area.
The sleeping den makes for the perfect kids or teens hangout, so they have privacy and the adults can enjoy entertaining upstairs.
The second level features the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room, the half bathroom (AKA powder room), one of the private balconies, and your patio area with private hot tub and BBQ.
The spacious living room has a large flatscreen TV and a lovely stone fireplace, making this room fantastic for lounging and relaxing, or entertaining your extended friends and family who plan to visit.
The top level features the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and the main full bathroom. The master bedroom has both an ensuite bathroom and another private balcony.

This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. 1 space in the garage, suitable for a car or small SUV, and 1 directly outside of the garage in front of the property.
This property is pet friendly. It allows up to 1 large dog, OR up to 2 small dogs, OR 1 cat.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
