Street parking NOT allowed.

The garage serves as a dedicated storage space and is unavailable for parking.

We are not responsible for cars being towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors.

Please respect the speed limit and drive slowly in the community.

Trash days every Wednesday.

Gardening work twice a month on Fridays

Pool cleaning and maintenance every Wednesday.



SAFETY TIPS TO USE THE POOL



We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents:



1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision.

2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in.

3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer.

4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

The home was beautiful with a warm, welcoming feel. We were in and out exploring the areas and it was nice to know we had a cozy place to come back to. The outside pool area was so beautiful. It was a bit chilly so we weren’t able to enjoy it but we will just have to make another trip out to do so! Thanks Marbella for the great week!

Pool was dirty upon arrival. Contacted property mgt and was informed "pool cleaner comes on Wednesday (the following day)." Expectation is pool to be clean upon arrival No one would answer the phone except 1 time when I called. Every time I communicated over email "we need to check with property mgt". House was just a bit dirty. Good thing- showers were hot, good water pressure.

Relaxing Vibes

The fresh and inviting decor is what won me over. It was bland, gray and white and it didn't feel like a sanitized hotel. It was warm, quiet, relaxing and peaceful. We loved every minute.

Amazing Property

We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house was gorgeous. It was a quick drive to our conference in Long Beach and fun restaurants in Buena Park. It was easy to order Door Dash and InstaCart. We will definitely return on future trips to the LA/LGB area.

Absolutely beautiful home, we loved our stay

The home was stunning and the Marabella Lane group were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive within minutes of an email being sent. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed staying in some nights and cooking dinner and relaxing by the pool. Just down the street were restaurants, a grocery store and Target to grab anything we needed. The location was amazing. We were 10 mins from disneyland and 20 mins to the beach. We will definitely come back. Thank you Marabella Lane for a wonderful home and experience.

Nice house, awful hosts

Stayed here for two nights during my wedding weekend. I had my groomsmen and my wife, along with her bridesmaids. The host was awful to work with, especially when you have a lot of people staying with you. One of their rules states "no public street parking allowed," but last time I checked, cities determine public street parking rules. Gardeners do not arrive on Fridays as listed on their rules, but rather Saturday morning. We had a bunch of ladies changing Saturday morning and getting ready and a few of the rooms have large windows facing the backyard. Not a nice surprise to see gardeners in the backyard with no notice. Host didn't provide check-in instructions until I asked for the instructions at midnight the night before check-in. If you ask the host a specific question that's not covered by the rules, all they do is copy and paste their giant list of rules and send that back to you as a response, without providing a clear answer. From booking until check-in, the host was continuously sending me messages to respect quiet times or to drive slow in the community. 2 or 3 times is reasonable, but I must have received about 10 of them. They maybe wrongly assumed I was throwing a massive party so they kept bothering me with copy and paste messages of their rules. If you're fine with this sort of behavior, this may be the rental for you. However, I personally was quite annoyed during the whole process and will not be back to book this property ever again.

Disneyland trip from hell

I checked in into the property immediately I contact the property manager telling him that the air conditioner isn’t working. They then told me they are fans on a property to use. There are only three fans I had me my lady my two daughters one of them is two years old one is 11. I expressed that with the property manager that is very hot and almost 100° in the house my infant could barely sleep throughout both nights we were there to go to Disneyland. I then talk to the property manager. She said she’s going to send somebody over in the morning the next day somebody came over the next day still couldn’t get it fixed. We went to Disneyland for first session and then was going to come back and take a nap around five 6 PM then go back to Disneyland. We then got back to the house in the house still wasn’t fix an air conditioner still wasn’t working. And on top of all of that the property manager try to say that they didn’t offer air conditioning on their property and clear as day I sent the property manager showing that it said popular amenities air conditioning. I then asked for a refund staying that I’ve been here for two days and you guys have ruined our vacation with no air conditioner also saying, and stating that it’s not on your account of popular amenities, and I clearly showed them a link of it in a screenshot of it of their property showing that it’s on it it. Finally after me calling them about 12 to 15 times. After all that they only gave me 10% refund
