Welcome to our home centrally located in the heart of Orange County.

Our Tri-level home is in a quiet GATED neighborhood so come back and rest after your busy day out. 5BR/4BA with an open floor plan and 1800 sq ft of living area. Located at the cross streets of Orangethorpe and Placentia.

We are about
-15 minutes away from Knott's Berry Farm
-10 minutes from downtown Fullerton
-15 minutes from Disneyland
-30 minutes from Huntington Beach
-20 minutes from John Wayne Airport

Layout:

1st Floor - 1bd/1bath
2nd Floor - 1bd/1bath, Kitchen, Dining, Living Room
3rd Floor - 3bd/2bath

Return home to enjoy a good night’s sleep in one of the 5 bedrooms. Each featuring Queen size memory foam beds.

The large open-space living room on the 2nd floor has ample space to enjoy watching TV on the 65-inch HD Smart TV.

Fully equipped kitchen with new modern stainless steel appliances, sleek wood cabinetry and ample overhead lighting. Not to mention, a toaster and Keurig for your morning coffee and tea.

Master Bedroom: The closet will be locked for cleaning supplies. There will be a dresser in the room for your use.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Starting with the two car garage making parking really easy we enjoyed staying here. The house is very well kept and extremely comfortable. The beds were phenomenally comfortable. The house was very clean and the host was friendly and great to communicate with.

Most excellent Disney vacation home! We had a big family and fit easily into this home with a wonderful and large gathering area to relax, make our breakfasts annd prep our lunches for on the go. Highly recommended.

Convenient to shopping and where our family event was. We had traffic noise from the street. If you can’t climb stairs, this property won’t work.

We really like the fact that all the bedrooms had its own rooms, and the fact that there were all the bathrooms with their Shower.

Home as clean and well equipped with items we needed. Secure parking in garage for 2 vehicles. Very close and easy to go to Disneyland. Address in listing is not address to home. You need to read instructions for accurate address .

The place was clean, spacious, and the photos were fairly accurate, except for the downstairs “additional bedroom.” There is a bed and a bathroom nearby, but the garage door cuts through the middle of the space, and the curtain acts more like a divider than a true doorway. Also, there are only two parking spaces suitable for smaller vehicles in the garage, and street parking is very hard to find. One more thing to note is that only the master bedroom had a TV.

Awesome stay - plenty of room for our Disneyland party of 9. Parking was challenging but not the fault of property owner. We had a 12 passenger van that would not fit in the garage. Easy to commute with owner.

Perfect place for our family. 6 people fit very comfortably in this townhome. We had 4 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Everything was wonderful. It was an easy ride everyday to Disney.

leaving a garage remote for us to use was super convenient! love that there were enough bathrooms to go around. kitchen/dining area was very spacious! fully stocked with kitchen amenities.

Solid!

Perfect for a group of 10 adults (5 shared beds) with great living room space and 2 car garage. Only tricky thing was the gate but the owner’s communication was very helpful. Very close to Disneyland so great spot if you’re planning a weekend trip there. :)

Not far from Disneyland and plenty of room for our party of 7. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect. For people stating that the fifth bedroom isn’t really a bedroom. It is a room on the first floor and it has a curtain and its own private bath and we found it quiet and peaceful. The rooms were separated on all three floors and four baths was absolutely perfect.. kitchen is nice. The area is gated you can park in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, although we didn’t cook while we were there.. the only thing that I would say is there’s not enough seating area in the living room room where the TV is for that many bedrooms. It would be nice if they had a larger sectional couch that fit more people.. great communication from owner! I would definitely recommend the townhome.

Good location and super quick communication

The house is located at good location very close to Disneyland. It is as described on the site. Overall we love it, here is some feedbacks1. Need extra blankets, it has 0, especially last night the heater doesn’t work.2. Be carefully about check in email, appearly the management sent wrong address

Great stay close to Disney parks

Overall, this was a great property. We had a group of 8 adults, 4 couples, so we had plenty of bedrooms. A couple of things to note, the 5th bedroom on the ground floor is just an alcove with curtains, no door. Fortunately, we didn't need to use that room as my son decided he couldn't come. The cleanliness was also a little lacking. I found lots of black hair in the top floor en suite bath tub. We didn't need or intend to use the tub, but it was kinda gross. Also, some black mold around the base of the shower. I notified the property manager that they may want to touch base with their cleaners. There isn't a lot of common space seating, which wasn't optimal, but we didn't spend a ton of time at the house, so that was okay. This home was very affordable, close to the Disney parks, and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

The host was responsive to the issues we had when we checked in. Most of those issues were due to previous guests that did not treat the property well. The unit was quite dusty (drawers, windowsills, etc) and the couch was stained and the floors were not clean. The dishwasher was not working properly, giving us an error message and leaving the dishes not quite clean. We did not message the host about that until we left because we weren’t cooking that much and did not want to deal with a repairman coming while we were there. I did not feel that the neighborhood was as safe as advertised, and there was an incident in the complex on our last day that brought in several police with guns drawn. I do not know what the incident was. There are two spots for cars to park in the garage, but the third spot was questionable. However, the unit was spacious and the host was very sweet and did everything she could do help with the issues that we had.
