PLEASE DO NOT BOOK , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE HOST
first off when I arrived I was not aware these were UNITS and not one big home.units A,B&D. had its own unacceptable issues. Unit A: the refrigerator and freezer DID NOT WORK, the sink BACKED UP with the most disgusting water with food in it coming up with it ALSO the sink leaked under with MOLD , DISH WASHER WAS BACKED UP WITH NASTY WATER AT THE BOTTOM AND GNATS CAME OUT WHEN YOU OPEN IT. The washer was filthy. Unit B: all the units would leak onto the floor leaving puddles of water as if I did not have kids that could have easily slip and fell and hurt themselves, the oven HAD NO RACKS FOR USEUnit D: FILTHY, the stairs were very nasty coming up. THE SHOWER HAD NO PRESSURE, the sink in the bathroom leaked onto the counter wetting all my belongings. there’s only one plug in the bedroom, none in the bathroom, making it very complicated to do your hair. the kitchen SINK LEAKED UNTO THE FLOOR and they were very aware of the situation because there was a bucket underneath to catch the sink. This vrbo was absolutely NOT WORK THE PAY. I spend 1500 for three nights of pure inconveniences. tried comtscyed the host but she came with excuses because it was the holiday and offered no accommodations, only suggested I used the other sinks and bathrooms as if two showers would work with 16 people. THIS HOST WAS HERRIBLE, someone looked at the issues but they never returned to fix it . As I texted her with every upcoming issue she stopped communicating with me entirely. 0/5 stars
