This spacious house 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms rooms making it perfect for larger families or groups of friends.
With two living rooms and two kitchens, there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. One unit is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor with free parking. It's also conveniently located to many tourists attractions and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are centrally located and a quick 2-minute drive to several top locations in the city.

Overall, it was a highly satisfying Vrbo experience.

Avoid this property

We planned to stay here for a conference but when we arrived we could not access half of the unit. The house itself was filthy and the owner was not responsive. We ended up booking a much better place through a different company and didn’t stay here. Of course, no refund given even though part of the house was structurally unsafe and we could not access half the rooms we were hoping to rent. Last Vrbo rental for us.

Never Again!

The house upon arrival was very unclean! Curtains had white stains on them. There were tiny bugs in the refrigerator and the house just smelled old like it was never upgraded since it was built (1950s). We could not stay in those conditions we were not use to that. The mattresses had stains and the bathrooms were hideous. Please I repeat please Do Not Stay Here! The owner gave us a hard time about a refund but I disputed it. Vrbo shouldn’t even allow this property on their site it’s like false advertising.

It's ok

a/c didn't work downstairs br. downstairs tv has no volume. told mngr day 1. didn't get fixed. they have 2 set of towels for each bathroom. may need to wash everyday. all else was good.

Renovation in progress

We arrived in the evening, keypad worked seamlessly and parking instructions were good. Location was urban which was planned on our part and very convenient to walk to Minute Maid park. There was also pizza, coffee and other restaurants close enough to walk. The property is actually 2 properties which wasn’t disclosed. The back property had access via a spiral staircase which was very slippery in the morning from the dew. The back property can access the front property without a key code which would be unsafe if you didn’t rent both. Beds were adequate and comfortable. The bathroom upstairs leaked water into the downstairs while guests were showering. There was very scant towels. The property was not thoroughly cleaned (there was hair and debris under the couch). There was a small fraction of toilet paper and paper towels supplied. The ice dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. The one upstairs bathroom sink had only a trickle of hot water. It is obvious that the owner is working to flop/renovate this property but it would be best to finish the project prior to renting.
