Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and cable with streaming access. Great for small families with children and sleeps 5 comfortably. Completely updated, and new to the rental program with all you need for a great beach getaway. Only a few steps to Sand Dollar Lake and in walking distance or a short golf cart ride to the beach. Come and enjoy a relaxing time with an outdoor entertainment spot with outdoor TV and outdoor shower or relax on the porch on a quiet street. All furnishings are updated and comfortable and our home has a fully stocked kitchen, a charcoal grill is provided and bedrooms/bathrooms come furnished with linens and upgraded Kingsdown mattresses. You will never want to leave!

Ocean Lakes requires a $12 per day parking pass. This is paid directly to Ocean Lakes before entering.

This is a family oriented beach house and we only book to adults 25 years and older. An adult 25 years or older must be in the house for the entire stay. For your security and ours, we do have outdoor security cameras that monitor 24/7.

Ocean Lakes has exceptional amenities to include beach access, water park with slides and lazy river, indoor and outdoor swimming, basketball courts, playgrounds, arcade, putt-putt to name a few. Ocean Lakes is a kids dream!

We do not offer a golf cart with this house but one can be easily rented through Ocean Lakes.

Only 1 small dog (under 25 lbs is permitted) in this property.
