This home was all that we anticipated and more. Very clean, lots of ammenities that were over and above what was needed. Very large yard, great outdoor entertaining / sitting area. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to main streets and walking trails. We had an extended stay while waiting for a new home to be built and the stay was easy and convenient. Great owner/host who was always looking out for us and asking if everything was ok. Extremely responsive and available. Highly recommend this property!

A great month at Surprise

This property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Having the garden was great as the weather was perfect for sitting out and relaxing in the sun. The property was as the description and check in was easy. Mark was a great host - easy to communicate with and kept in touch without being intrusive. Any queries were promptly acknowledged and addressed. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean, tidy and seemed very secure. Although you would need a car to travel, it was only around a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a little further to the local bar and Starbucks. We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property. We would definitely stay there again. Many thanks.
