Welcome to Powder Heights. A brand new luxurious ski in/ski out top floor end unit boasting a private hot tub and sweeping mountain views. Situated on the15 fairway of the Sun Peaks golf course, this location is perfect for both winter and summer getaways with friends and family. Access to all mountains is at your doorstep for skiing, hiking, golf, biking, and more. This beautiful and tastefully furnished 3 bedroom home comes complete with your own garage and ample parking. We have thought of every amenity! With vaulted ceilings and huge windows you feel like you can almost touch the mountains. The lively village of Sun Peaks which hosts activities for young and old is just moments away.

Modern & Cozy

Our family absolutely loved this townhouse. The ceilings were tall, making the space feel nice and large. Decor was stunning- modern farmhouse. The back patio overlooking the mountains was great as we sat in the hot tub and watched the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was very well equipped and we ended up having all of our dinners at home because it was such a beautiful spot. We are a family of six with a few teenagers and we all felt very comfortable. It was also nice to have the smart TV so that we could watch movies. Nice being able to walk about two minutes up the road and ski right down to the chairlifts. Would highly recommend

Fantastic Ski Vacation

This condo was fantastic!Our family of 4 (2 parents & 2 teenagers) stayed during Spring Break and loved it. The condo is the perfect size - enough room for everyone but the kitchen/dining/living area were nice and cozy. The hot tub was enjoyed by all!The location was great! For those in the family who are good skiers, the ski in/ski out option was fantastic. For me (who is still a beginner), the free shuttle was just at the top of the street. The complex was quiet and the view out the back windows (and from the hot tub) was beautiful.The condo itself was well equipped - coffee maker, toaster, kettle and lots of cooking supplies. Linens and towels were nice and the beds were really comfy!The setup for ski gear in the garage was perfect! It was really nice to be able to access the garage directly and not track wet gear through the house. The "cubby" setup to store boots, helmets and skis was fantastic - really makes a difference keeping everyone & everything organized for a day on the slopes.I would definitely recommend this condo - we hope to be back soon!

Great all around!

Loved the location, we wanted ski in/out and away from the village. Clean inside and out. Garage-as-mudroom is brilliant as you come and go throughout the day. Great communication. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Easy ski access, very clean and quiet.

Well stocked with kitchen equipment, pillows, sheets, towels, and other items. We will definitely try to book it on our next trip to Sun Peaks.

Perfect location for relaxing ski trip

This is a perfect place to stay for a relaxing ski trip. Well stocked kitchen. We did cook a lot at home. Fantastic views from the hot tub. Hosts are great at communicating. We did have cars but mostly used the ski in / out option. Can’t really fault it. If we come back to sun peaks again we will definitely stay here.

Excellent vacation property. Like new.

Property looks just like photos. Spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably for family ski vacation. Ski run to lift adjacent to the townhouse complex next door. Short easy walk to ski run. Maybe 5 to 7 min. Kitchen well appoimted with all the necessities. Would definitely reccomend and will book again in future.

Gorgeous Powder Heights

We absolutely loved our 2weeks stay in this beautiful and stylish property. It was just as it was listed and very well stocked with everything we needed for our ski holiday, plus Justin and Ellen were very easy to communicate with, both before we arrived and during our stay. We had family and friends stay with us during our time in Sun Peaks and there was plenty of room for us all. The location is perfect; walking distance from the village and no more than 100m to strap on our skis and head out for the day. We will definitely stay there again if we can!!

Weekend Retreat

My wife and I enjoyed this lovely well equipped top floor new unit in Powder Heights. Bed was very comfortable. Views amazing! lots to do in village and nearby. Biking and hiking were excellent. Highly recommended this unit. Will try to stay here again next visit.

Great location, stunning property.

Our stay here was great. The stunning mountain views were awesome, and the close proximity to everything was super convenient. The condo itself was a great blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail from the property owner was extremely evident, they ensured a seamless stay. Amazing, brand new home

Beautiful, brand new home! Great location mountainside on the golf course with nice views. The private hot tub was amazing and the house slept all 6 of us comfortably. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. We will definitely stay again come ski season!

Not only is Sun Peaks the second largest ski area in Canada, it also provides a multitude of year round activities at your doorstep. Our family has enjoyed being able to ski in/ski out to our beautiful home as well as exploring the quaint village vibe of Sun Peaks. From skiing, boarding, nordic activities to hiking and biking, Sun Peaks has it all but is never super busy. We love our time in our second home and hope you do too!

The views from our balcony are breath taking. Being on the top floor, partially up the hill we feel we are a part of the mountain. We love apre ski time in the hot tub1. The designer touches inside make our home so comfortable. We love it here!
