Enjoy the elegance and peace of Tucson's Historic Menlo Park, located in the shadow of A Mountain and minutes from Downtown and UofA; this freshly renovated, modern 2-BR home is the ideal base to explore Tucson!
Walking distance from the San Mercado Plaza and less than a mile from the interstate, Turtle Dove Duplex is conveniently located to all Tucson offers. Or, stay in and cool off in the AC at home and enjoy a show on the Smart TV or prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
Guest access: You will have full access to the east side of the Turtle Dove Duplex with one main/front entry door and a side door off of the kitchen.
Pets are allowed, with a pet deposit fee. The duplex does not have a pet-proof fence, but the neighborhood has maintained sidewalks and parks. Guests should clean up after their pets inside the duplex and pick up all pet waste in the yard and the surrounding community. Please remember to add your pets to your reservation, undisclosed pets at the time of booking will incur additional fees at checkout.
There is ample free parking in the parking area directly behind the duplex and along the street. The duplex does not have a garage.
There is a private washer and dryer on site for guest to use.
