The owner was really great communicating and answered all our questions before we even rented. The house is in a great spot close to all the action and the beach! Our teens and their friends loved this house for its location! There were bed options for days. If you have a lot of guests or kids, it’s a great choice. Nice big kitchen and den/sitting area. Plus, lots of amenities and beach items that they have on property to use. It was an excellent all around choice for us. Thank you!

Great family stay

We will definitely be staying here again! The hosts were so helpful with some scheduling issues we had come up, the house was clean, and had everything we needed. Lots of space for our family of 6 plus dog. The way the house is set up felt like it lent itself to quality time and not seperate rooms or tv. Loved it!

Great beach house

We really enjoyed Holden Beach and hope to return again. The location of the house was really good…short walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed this house which was the right size for our family.

Clean, fun place at a great value.

Great and quiet location. Easy access to beach. Nice comfortable home. Would rent again. Could use a grill for those that like to grill out.

Nice place

The house was very clean. We travel with a small dog and are very picky about dog friendly places. This house was very clean could not tell it was pet friendly at all and that is what we look for. Location with private access across the street was great. Loved the outdoor shower. Sept check in was great and owner was great to communicate with. There was also plenty of parking for the boat that was not originally coming. Location was great too for running boat over to put in at the bridge. The only issue we had was the grass had not been cut and that didn’t bother us other than that type of grass is full of burs. We were constantly picking them off our shoes and socks. We were only there a few days so was not worth mentioning to owner until after our trip. I only mentioned in case he had a lawn service that was not showing up and he did not know about it. Having rented our vacation home out years ago we ran into similar problems so we understood. Other than that the house was perfect for our needs and we would definitely rent again. Really enjoyed finding shark teeth and sea biscuits… fishing was great too.

Family escape

We had a wonderful stay at the property it was as listed, clean and very nice. Midway through our week we lost power in part of the house and noticed the water pressure changed on the outside shower. We turned it off went in garage to place beach chairs back and the garage was full of water. We immediately sent a message to owner, he reached back and plumber was there within 3 hours. The owner was very kind and partially refunded due to house issues. My complaint is with the cleaning crew because they evidently accused us of smoking in the home. The owner proceeded to send me a message questioning us, I responded with no response back from him. This is upsetting to me as we took great measures to take care of his home, making sure the plumbing was fixed, keeping him updated and cleaning up for him.

Family oriented beach location with fun for the entire group. Quite, spacious beaches without crowds. Quaint small town feel with plenty of activities for the entire family close by. Great local restaurants with fresh caught seafood for all to enjoy. A vacation location you will always want to return to.
