The primary bedroom has a new King mattress and a 40" Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a 40" Smart TV. There are front and back patios for relaxing and enjoying your coffee. This is the owner's home so it is fully provisioned. There are games, puzzles, and books if you need a little down-time from all of the outdoor activities. The villa is a third of a mile to the beach and The Sea Pines Beach Club, home to Coast Restaurant and Oceans Lounge..

Sea Pines offers miles of leisure trails, perfect for biking and walking, three public golf courses, pickleball and tennis, and miles of white sandy beach. Enjoy shopping and dining in Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog, all without leaving the gates of Sea Pines. There is often live music at all of these locations. Oceanfront Dining is available at Coast and Ocean Lounge at the Sea Pines Beach Club, if you enjoy golf course views you might like Links at the Harbour Town Golf Club or Fraser's at the Plantation Club. Links has a lovely brunch on Saturday and Sunday with unlimited Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. You can take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Harbour Town or South Beach Marina. There is a great playground in Harbour Town.
