Wonderful stay!

Amazing property! We all commented this is the most equipped vacation rental we have ever been in! She literally had everything that we could’ve wanted in terms of extra towels, linens, blankets, every kitchen appliance, and gadget you could’ve asked for! Any questions I had were quickly answered. We even had a mishap with the washing machine during our stay and the host was completely understanding. 100% would stay here again.

A Family Respite

We recently had the pleasure of renting this property as a place to stay while my daughter got married at a nearby venue. My daughter lives in the general area and we are all from the northeast. It was a very intimate wedding in Holly Springs and the house provided the perfect respite for our family during the festivities. Staying at the house was myself, husband and son, my parents, my husband’s parents and our 2 dogs - my daughter also stayed with us the night before the wedding. The house is brand new, modern, spacious and beautiful and provided us with plenty of room and all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is very safe and immaculately kept. The pool, once open, will be a great addition! Checking in was super easy once I got the hang of it. I had to message Lisa a couple times with questions and she was extremely responsive. Fuquay Varina has several grocery stores and many restaurants - and a couple of great gyms (this was of utmost importance to my son). It is also fairly easy drive to the Raleigh airport. If you are going to be in the area and want a comfortable place to hang your hat, I definitely recommend checking out this house - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and host.

Everything we needed and more!!

We had a wonderful girls getaway celebrating a friends wedding. We had absolutely everything that we needed, and we were even able to prepare some delicious meals from the fully equipped kitchen. The house was immaculate, and the host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed for a perfect stay. I slept like a baby as the bed was so comfortable. We all felt comfortable and right at home in this beautiful, warm and welcoming house! Highly recommend for anyone who will be in the area. Thank you for a memorable weekend!!

Nice new house

Very good. The only comment is that individuals with mobility issues should be aware that there is only one bedroom on the main level and the other three are on the second level after a lengthy stairway climb (but there is a good railing for the 15 steps).

Beautiful new home

Home is new, beautiful, and spacious in developing neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Property is conveniently located near Highgrove Estates. Checkout cleaning requirements were “bigger ask” than other properties I’ve rented. I personally feel cleaning requirements should be very limited when required to pay cleaning fee. House rules are consistent with neighborhood rules but do limit renters’ ability to gather as a group.

Family reunion in Raleigh area

This was my first VRBO rental, so I probably needed more "hand-holding" than someone with VRBO experience with electronically asking questions about the rental. The property was even better than represented - perfect condition, very well-appointed, and beautifully decorated in addition, the backyard neighbors are professional executives and really nice people with a great family! I definitely will rent this property again to visit my family in Holly Springs and Raleigh!

Wonderful property and great host

Our time here was great. The house was very clean and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, food storage, and cleaning items, and the host was great. She was incredibly friendly and responsive and we had a wonderful stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this property anyone else.
