10' In-ground Pool, Jet spa Jacuzzi, Fire-Pit, Fishing, Private Dock and Indoor & Outdoor games, Game Room, Streaming flat screen tv in every room (even game room), Private bath in every bedroom, Mesh Wi-Fi, BBQ Grill, Wet-bar, Gated Yard, Karaoke, Screen Porch, Covered Balcony and much more.

Security cameras are placed within plain sight and are arranged to monitor the external parameters of the main house, pool house, and interior of the garage for security purposes. Guests retain privacy indoors and while using the pool and hot tub.

Check in was very smooth and our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool very much and even went out on the canoe. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen is well stocked. The town had all the stores we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, Family-Friendly, and Responsive Host

We had a fantastic stay! The location has plenty of space for a larger family. The kids especially loved fishing off the dock, a great bonus. We did run into a few small hiccups, but Chris was incredibly responsive and handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, it was wonderful experience, and would recommend this location to families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect for our family vacation with 3 kids (2 and under) and our dog! The communication back and forth was fantastic! Has many extras and unexpected pleasant surprises! The outdoor space is incredible. Some of the concrete is chipped but not at all anything that got in the way of a great time! The pool house was amazing!! Would absolutely recommend and stay again!! Thank you!

Quiet and enjoyable

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The house was well appointed and is comfortable for family vacation or a larger event. The property was quiet and felt very private and enjoyable. The pool is a nice feature and we made good use of it while we were there.

good location for us and great house for entertaining

spent a couple nights here in town for a family celebration of life. the house was a great location for us and easily accommodated our extended family for evening visits. Chris is a new owner and easy to communicate with. He's in the process of improving the home so it will only get better. Cheers!

Wonderful Experience

This stay was amazing! Everywhere we looked there was something else super fun to do at the house! It’s close to many places (including the Fainting Goat Brewery which is super fun) and there are so many places for people to sleep! I was impressed with the amount of showers too :) The host was communicative and offered so much more than I ever expected including places to go and activities to do around town. I would definitely stay again! Also, the beds were sooooo comfortable!

Annual godbrother and our family trip

Ms. Chris was absolutely fantastic. Very rare to have a host be so patient and kind. I highly recommend~ you wont find anyone better! Make sure you tidy up and you might just get the family friend discount for future stays!

Fantastic pool house!

Our party of 8 had a fantastic week here! We’ve been vacationing together for 17 years and this was one of the best rentals we’ve had. There were so many rooms and spaces for playing, sleeping, eating, and chilling. The pool was beautiful and private. The hot tub was always hot and close to the pool. We will definitely be going back. Highlights: gorgeous kitchen, spectacular master suite, pool, hot tub, quiet neighborhood. We rented a pontoon boat on Jordan Lake.

Great for big families

We had a great time! We were visiting family in the area and looking for a property that can hold all of us (multi-generation, lots of kids) Hosts were very communicative and helpful, house was exactly as described with a lot of thoughtful touches for guests, and check in and check out was very smooth and effortless.
