Welcome to your home away from home in Richmond, Texas. This spacious two story home offers four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, multiple living spaces and plenty of room for families, groups and extended stays.

The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with double vanities. The main level also includes a comfortable living room with a fireplace and TV, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, powder room and an additional flex sitting space.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a spacious game room with comfortable seating, a TV and dedicated workspace, making it easy to relax or work during your stay.

The home includes one king bed, two queen beds and one full bed.

Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles, with two vehicles parked in front and two behind. The garage and primary bedroom walk in closet are reserved for owner storage and are not available to guests.

Located in Richmond with convenient access to the surrounding Katy, Sugar Land and West Houston areas, the home is a comfortable option for family visits, relocations, work assignments and longer stays.

Spring Break in Katy

We liked the bedrooms and size. Also the location and neighborhood has lots of nice walking/running trails and parks near by.

Property and Owner was great

From the 1st day Juanita communication was great. The house was great, enough space for my entire family everyone slept comfortable. The community was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again.

This home is special to me because it was the very first home I purchased after graduating from college. It holds a lot of memories, and I love that I’m now able to open it to families and guests who need a comfortable place to stay.

Outside of hosting, I’m the founder of South Project, a nonprofit that supports young mothers through mentorship, resources and opportunities. Creating welcoming spaces and helping people feel supported is important to me, and I try to bring that same care to hosting. I want my guests to feel comfortable, have their privacy and truly feel at home while they’re here.

I originally chose this neighborhood because I wanted a comfortable place to call home that was convenient to everything I needed. Over the years, the area has grown tremendously while still maintaining the feel of a residential community.

The location makes it easy to get to Richmond, Katy, Sugar Land and West Houston, with plenty of restaurants, shopping and everyday conveniences nearby. Whether you’re in town visiting family, relocating, working in the area or staying for an extended period, it’s a convenient place to make your home base.

What makes this home special is the amount of space and flexibility it offers. The primary bedroom is downstairs, while three additional bedrooms are upstairs, giving families and groups room to spread out.

Upstairs also has a large game room with a TV, comfortable seating and a dedicated workspace. Downstairs, there’s a separate flex space in addition to the main living room, so everyone doesn’t have to gather in one area.

The home also has a full kitchen, fireplace, 2.5 bathrooms and driveway parking for up to four vehicles. It works especially well for families, extended stays and guests who want the comfort and space of a home rather than just a place to sleep.
