I was nervous when I saw 2 negative reviews post right before our stay- but it was fine! The property had clearly been cleaned prior to our stay. Nothing like what is mentioned in the two bad reviews. There were also a ton of extra towels, both bath and pool, and extra linens. The floor plan and pool space were perfect for hosting out of town guests for a graduation. It’s very spacious. I did have to reach out for check in/out instructions but the host was very responsive. We had one pool issue and they were super quick to provide us with instructions on who to contact. We are local so it wasn’t an issue for us to bring extra paper products after seeing mentioned in a previous review.

I wish I could give zero stars - the property was not what it was advertised to be. Broken Tito’s bottles in the front and beer bottle caps through the back. The inside looked clean but the floors and counter tops were so sticky. Could not have our children staying in such a mess. The host states they would have fixed it but for what we paid it should have not been in that condition in the first place! They should make it right and refund us - we had to get another place last minute due to their negligence. Do not stay here!!

Nice Place!! to stay with the family.

I would use it again. Very nice neighborhood and the house was very spacious for my family of 9. Highly recommended. The host was very nice.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, and the property did not match the listing photos or basic expectations for cleanliness and maintenance. We were not given any check‑in or check‑out instructions and had to contact the host just to get the door code and parking information.When we arrived, we found a large roach in the living area, buckled wood floors by the pool table, and dirty sheets on the downstairs bed with hair and a bug carcass. The replacement sheets in the laundry room were also stained, and there were no washcloths or laundry detergent provided.The kitchen was not clean — several pans were dirty, and there was a live roach inside one of the cabinets. The refrigerator still had a leftover carton and drink inside, and the left handle was very loose. The microwave/convection oven had no buttons, the oven buttons were missing, and the dishwasher did not work.Upstairs, the bathroom towels were unfolded and had stains. Two of the upstairs beds had sheets with hair and stains, so our family had to sleep on top of the covers. Even the liquid soap in the bathrooms had a stale, unpleasant odor.Overall, the home was not clean, not properly maintained, and did not resemble the listing. This was not a comfortable or acceptable stay for our family.

Williams Family Thanksgiving get a way

The property was very cozy and accommodating for our family needs for our Thanksgiving gathering with our family members that live in the Houston area. The neighborhood was very peaceful and surrounded by plenty of stores that we were able to utilize as needed. Our stay was like a home away from home while we were there. Thank you,

Perfect place for our family

The house was great, it has an elegant, yet cosy vibe and was perfect in helping us have a great family gathering over the holidays. Plenty of space for everyone (and as others said, plenty of sheets and towels!), even when it was raining outside. Mario is very responsive to queries and a was a great host. Would definitely book again!

Family Reunion/40th Birthday

This house accommodated 14 ppl of all ages for a five day gathering. The pool, patio, game room are just the spot for much gathering space and activity! Close to amenities with a yard that is gorgeous!! Lots of towels and beddings….very clean! Spacious and comfortable beds. We would book it again! Owner very communicative and attentive.

Family Time

The area was great, it was quiet. The house was great! Only thing that would have helped be a better experience would have been nice to have had more than 3 extra toilet paper rolls, paper towels and hand soap. The hand soap that was provided was watered down and I ended up having to go to the store to buy all the mentioned things, so we would have enough to cover 16 people. Other than it it was great!

Family Vacation in Houston

The house fit our group of 12 great. The pool provided endless fun for the kiddos while the pool table kept the teens and adult family members with things to do while we enjoyed the down town of exploring Houston. Mario our host was quick to answer any questions we had and the neighborhood was great. The house was less than 5 minutes from I10 and any major store you would need (i.e. Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx). The city of Katy also had great acitivties to do as well, we checked out Homerun Dugout and Alamo Drafthouse which were both great hits. The only thing that

Great house!

My family and I stayed at this house, 3 adult couples and 2 teenagers and everyone had a blast! The house is very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was so many extra bedding and towels ( more than I've seen in any other property I have stayed at). There were also 3 extra twin mattresses in the downstairs bedroom closet, if needed. We all had our own space if we wanted to relax. The pool area was fantastic! Big pool and hot tub and the patio area was covered and had lights for when it got dark. My kids practically lived in the pool. Grear neighborhood and easy to get to places. Would definitely stay again!

Lots of issues, but great location

Great location. No directions on how to work pool equipment or anything else in the house. Tv in living room did not work unless you had Roku and added the Tv to your account. No toaster, though it listed it in the description. Blue tarp on roof. No information about check out process. I had to contact the host to get check in information. No working smoke detectors upstairs by the bedrooms. Filter for air conditioning was beyond gross. Found a new one in a closet and replaced it ourselves. Difficulty figuring out switches, and hot water. Receptacles that don’t work. Holes in the ceilings. No pot holders. Ice maker not working and when freezer door opens ice falls all over the floor. Wasp nest on patio pillars.
