この施設について

Balcony with side view of the Gulf!

Imagine yourself on South Padre Island enjoying your morning coffee on your own private balcony with a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico or sharing a cool beverage poolside in the afternoon. This third-floor condo is located in a condominium complex that is smaller than the typical beachfront condominium building yet it offers similar convenience in location and amenities, directly across the street from the beach and a permanent beach access. The elevator is conveniently located near your door making access easy.

Furnished to remind you that you are at the beach, it is perfect for a family looking to enjoy the fun of a South Padre island beach vacation and yet well suited for one or two couples looking to get away. Combine it with 104 on the ground floor to accommodate up to 12 guests in the same complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook during your stay. A washer/dryer and two parking places reserved for your use just outside the elevator complete the package to make this the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island Getaway!

This property is licensed and in good standing with the City of South Padre Island. (License #2023-0102)
