Great location. Good condo. We were there over the 4th and it never felt crowded. Elevator always available. The unit is very nice and comfortable. We are used to a big screen, smart tv, and we’re watching Wimbledon. So a larger tv would be a great add. The balcony is perfect. High chairs so you can see over them. Always a breeze. We would definitely stay there again. .

Overall very clean. Check in and check out was easy. Condo could use some updating. We didn't use it, but the fact we could get clean towels and more trash bags was great. Thank you.

Perfect location

This location made our annual trip to South Padre a trip to remember. The unit was spacious and nicely furnished. This unit was adequately stocked with everything you need. The unit had easy access to the pool and it was just a very short 1 minute walk to the beach with direct access behind the building. There was construction on the balconies of the building so we couldn’t sit outside on our unit’s balcony. However, when you’re that close to the beach ( really a short stone’s throw away) the balcony was not a necessity since we were outside at the beach all day. I can not say enough good things about this unit and location! We will be booking again next year! Thank you for allowing us into your lovely home.

The place was clean but the Furniture is very old and dated..First, the old couch in the living area is so old and lop sided in the middle that we could not sit comfortably...you can see how it bows in the center... second, the electricity went out for around 5 hours at night that it was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep..we called and they said it was out of their control...however, the beach front view was excellent...also the Pool and hot tub was great!

Very spacious, updated and clean.

No complaints about the property at all, other than when I went to hang a towel, the towel bar fell off the wall. The condo was very clean, more spacious than I expected and the furnishings were nice. The master bed was fairly comfortable, aside from terrible, cheap pillows, I would suggest bringing your own. The master closet is huge and the bedroom/bathroom has plenty of storage for longer stays. The location is excellent, the property was pretty quiet and beach access was awesome. Hot tub and pool were not overly crowded, probably given the terrible weather. We apparently booked South Padre the few days of the entire year that the sun is not shining so our trip was not great and we had little beach time due to rain but that wasn't their fault. At least when it rained, it was a short walk back to the condo. You can walk a few blocks to coffee shops, ice cream, food and the Dollar General. We preferred Milo's coffee shop. Overall, I would recommend this condo or even the building to anyone.

Your condo was perfect for the 4 of us - my husband and I, my sister and a friend. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with the great ocean view and easy access to the beach.

South Padre Condo Oct. 2020

Absolutely spotless (this is a big deal in this age of Covid) and in a great beachfront location. The property is exactly as pictured online. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a beachfront condo on SPI.

Perfect retreat with a stunning view

This was my fourth time visiting South Padre Island and before we had always stayed at a hotel. This was our first timed booking a condo. Everything was as expected, which is always a relief. All the instructions emailed to me in advance were spot on and made for an easy check in. Even the details to prepare us were very helpful. The accommodations were great and property was clean and aside from not having a cutting board handy (we used brown grocery bags as a substitute), this property had everything we needed. Because of COVID-19 we wanted to avoid visiting restaurants, so having a kitchen was very nice and we ate all our meals at the condo. Having trash cans right outside all the doors of the condos at this property was super convenient. The pool and jacuzzi were kept clean and the pool and jacuzzi water was crystal clear the whole time. Loved having the pathway to the beach right at the property. I can't think of anything that that was lacking (except that cutting board. :-) ) South Padre Island actually had a break in the main water line one day while we were there (someone who was repairing a fire hydrant broke the water line) and the property management company proactively texted me to let me know that water was going to be shut off while the workers repaired it. Top notch property management team. Would definitely go back to this property again.

Perfectly located condo. So close to private beach access. Large kitchen and plenty of dishware. Has nice pool and grills. Elevator was a plus. Walked to restaurants nearby.

Great escape during COVID 19!

This property had open stairwells and breezeway to get to the units. The unit had a very large balcony and was nicely furnished to cook all of our meals in. While on the beach, we were able to maintain more than 10 ft and we all had a blast relaxing in the Ray's! A much needed break and a lovely place to spend it!

Surprising

If you want to be far from the beach, don't want to be in walking distance from great restaurants, hate having ocean views and the sound of waves while drinking coffee and eating breakfast, and absolutely hate cleanliness . This is not the place for you . We had A wonderful experience . Only complaint was the upstairs neighbors, which we have no control over . This is my forever condo . I want no other . We will be back !!!
