Great Property

Newly renovated rental with plenty of space! Clean and was everything we needed! Great communication with owner. We were able to bike into town.

Really disappointed by the host of this spot. We had multiple issues with broken AC, no wifi connection, etc. and he was nonresponsive/unwilling to hop on a call and help. Unfortunate because otherwise I would recommend this spot - but I highly recommend you avoid unless you feel like dealing with a head ache. Will not be coming back here.

Clean Mid Island Rental

Brett's Mid Island 3 Bdrm, 3 BA rental was nicely renovated, clean, comfortable and as pictured. The downside however was the dumpster in the driveway and neighboring yards under construction. All window views from the home were not pleasant. We closed every blind to block views of neighboring trash or construction. Lesson learned to make sure exterior photos are included before choosing our next rental. Overall, we had a nice vacation, just disappointed with neighboring views.

Great value and location for the priceWe had a washer and dryer and asked multiple times for detergent and host did not get it to usChecking in early was super easy and accommodatingHouse has a serious lack of mirrors, for a group with multiple women this got in the way of getting readyGood amount of bathrooms for the bedrooms, no one had to waitPeople that slept on the couch had serious issues with sleep due to discomfortLack of pillows for the couch bed, not clearly communicated where they wereall in all, great value for the stay and for the location right by bike rental and breakfast cafes but could use some improvement with host communication and mirrors in bathrooms and rooms for getting readyrooms were very clean otherwise

Terrible stay- would not recommend. Communication was quite poor from the host. They did not send any check in/check out instructions and there was nothing at the rental with this information either. Door was hard to get open and hard to lock, there was something wrong with the lock which was a pain all week. Wifi had to be requested via VRBO message. The host also did not specify where to park and we ended up getting a ticket. The listing shows it can sleep 8 (including a pull out couch) , but when we went to use it, it was completely broken so our guests had to sleep on the floor. I would not advertise this as a 7 or 8 person rental. The outlets also did not work in the bathroom upstairs and there was a beeping fire alarm the entire time. Overall just a very uncomfortable and not enjoyable stay.
