Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom/1 bath house. Walk to local restaurants or Oaklawn Casino and Race Track. Just a short drive to downtown Hot Springs, Lake Hamilton, Garven Gardens, Magic Springs, and many other attractions

Cozy space with king beds in the bedrooms. Full kitchen, gas hot water heater, and big screen smart TV in the living room. Big, private, back porch to enjoy and fire pit in the backyard.

Keypad entry for easy access. Park in driveway, or on street. Easy walk to Oaklawn, or Capos Tacos for dinner.

We love communicating with guests. Need recommendations for things to do? We live in town, so can provide plenty of options. Encounter problems? Our in-town property management and maintenance provides quick response times to keep your stay comfortable and pleasurable.

Please remove used sheets and towels and place near washing machine. Please load and start dish washer. Please take out trash. Please turn off all interior lights.

Pet fee is $10/night/pet. No more than 2 pets. Pets must be in a kennel when left at the house alone. Pets are not allowed on furniture. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Please pick up after your pets and yourself:). There will be a $100 fee if there is any smoke smell in the house.

The location of this property is great — very close to Oaklawn Casino and 6 minutes from the center of town where the bathhouses are. Good things about the house — nice king bed, clean, big backyard (not completely fenced in). The house is a little tired. The couch is covered with an inexpensive couch cover. There was a papery “tablecloth” on the coffee table. A coat of paint would cover the wear and tear on the coffee table. I recommend that the owner invest in a furniture upgrade. The furniture is old and tired. Oddly, the shower adjustment was outside of the shower. The yard is great if you have a dog that stays close. We enjoyed playing ball in the big backyard. Otherwise, keep your dog leashed. This is an older neighborhood and an older home. We were comfortable enough, but there were no special touches — just the basics.

Nice, clean property

The property was as described. The location was very convenient. We visited Lake Ouachita, around Hot Springs, and Lake Catherine. The property owner was easy to reach and communicated well.

Cute & Cozy

We loved this cute little house with lots of pillows. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would recommend parking on the street if you have a low-to-the-ground car as there is quite a significant bump in the driveway. Overall would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

This was perfect for me and my friends on our weekend trip to Hot Springs for the horse races. Easy walk to Oaklawn! Cutest house and had everything we needed in a VRBO. Steven was quick to respond to answer any questions and was a great host. Would recommend!
