Tucked in the historic district, this recently-renovated home offers 2 bed/2 full baths, a sunroom with 1 full daybed, & a sofa just mins from downtown. Enjoy a cup of coffee on porch. Stroll through the historic neighborhood & enjoy various styles of architecture. Two min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike/bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino.

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Carriage House next door (also a rental of ours). Please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, and please don't block in vehicles you don't know. One street parking spot available directly in front of main home.

Yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

This is a very nice home near downtown Hot Springs. Very clean, plenty of sleeping and living space. Also, plenty of dishes for cooking and your own parking space. We had a great time here.

This was a fantastic stay! The rental was spotless, and we were so impressed with all the thoughtful amenities provided. It had everything we needed and more, making our vacation truly relaxing and comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Very clean. Location is good, but a mile walk to bathhouse row, so not walkable for my group. This is not a luxury rental but very comfortable and well appointed. Felt like we had plenty of room. Lots of windows so it was bright and sunny. I needed a sleeping mask to sleep in.

Great stay in Hot Springs

Our family stayed here for two nights while site seeing on Hot Springs. We loved the cozy historic house- it was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close and convenient to downtown attractions!

We had a great weekend in Hot Springs and very much enjoyed our time at this rental! The home was very cute, super clean, and in a wonderful neighborhood. The only complaint, which is minor, is the bedding was very hot/not breathable. The mattress topper on the back bed was also somewhat of a plastic material and not great to sleep on. The mattress topper in the front bedroom was fine. The pillows and mattresses themselves were very comfy. Great place overall! We enjoyed our stay!!
