Tucked in the historic district, this recently-renovated home offers 2 bed/2 full baths, a sunroom with 1 full daybed, & a sofa just mins from downtown. Enjoy a cup of coffee on porch. Stroll through the historic neighborhood & enjoy various styles of architecture. Two min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike/bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino.

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Carriage House next door (also a rental of ours). Please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, and please don't block in vehicles you don't know. One street parking spot available directly in front of main home.

Yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

House was perfect for what we needed for our vacation. We come to Hot Sorings to ride our gravel bikes, and for good eats : Vault , Delucas, David’s burgers , ..Will book again for the upcoming Holidays

The location is great!! Also, we had a coffee pot handle that broke and we're provided a new one immediately! Great communication and very clean!

Wonderful hosts. Added a day to my stay and the hosts were very accommodating. Lovely home, lots of cool decorations. Loved the depression era cookbook. Centrally located, very close to my family. Highly recommend this location.

Great place. Odd parking. Wonderful location. Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. I would stay here again. Can't stress how nice it was to have a sturdy bed because I'm a big man and I feel like some of the places I've stayed in have been pretty flimsy.

Great little spot! Very cozy little house. It has a nice layout and beds are comfy. It is quite close to the property behind it but there are demarcated parking spots that help with the shared driveway. No complaints about our stay overall, would stay again!

Excellent location and overall a great stay. Clean space and easy to get to and from trails as well as downtown Hot Springs. I would highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for my family of 6! It had everything we needed for a week away. Games, extra towels and soap, plenty of toilet paper and trash bags, and lots of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you planning to spend time downtown.

We traveled to Hot Springs for a Mother-Daughter trip. This little cottage provided the best location and perfect accommodation for the three of us. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed for our extended weekend away! We enjoyed going to the bath house, browsing the shops on Bath Row, eating at local restaurants, and exploring Garvan Woodland Gardens. 100% recommend the trip.

We enjoyed our stay in this house in Hot Springs. The house was clean and perfectly located for our son’s wedding weekend activities. Our family enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and had lots of room for everyone to relax.

This is a very nice home near downtown Hot Springs. Very clean, plenty of sleeping and living space. Also, plenty of dishes for cooking and your own parking space. We had a great time here.
