Tucked in the historic district, this recently-renovated home offers 2 bed/2 full baths, a sunroom with 1 full daybed, & a sofa just mins from downtown. Enjoy a cup of coffee on porch. Stroll through the historic neighborhood & enjoy various styles of architecture. Two min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike/bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino.

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Carriage House next door (also a rental of ours). Please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, and please don't block in vehicles you don't know. One street parking spot available directly in front of main home.

Yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

This was a fantastic stay! The rental was spotless, and we were so impressed with all the thoughtful amenities provided. It had everything we needed and more, making our vacation truly relaxing and comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again soon.

This little house was just right. Nice and clean. Parking off the street. Great location. Ample supplies for all us. Lots of brochures for things to do and places to go. Quiet. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

Perfect! Here’s your review updated with that detail:---This was our third stay at this charming house in Hot Springs, and once again it was wonderful! The location is perfect—close to downtown, the National Forest, and not far from the crystal mines. It’s such a convenient spot for exploring everything Hot Springs has to offer.The house is always cozy, clean, and welcoming—truly a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.We loved it and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

The house is conveniently located to downtown, Bathhouse Row, and the National Park. The house is comfortably appointed and spacious.

Our property manager went above and beyond to make things just right for us. The house was super clean, super charming, and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and quite beautiful with lovely home all around yet. Downtown was just a hot skip and jump away. The beds were very comfortable and she had nice little toiletries and all your basic kitchen items you would need.Highly recommend staying there you won’t regret it. Can’t wait for our next day.I would post pictures, but we were having so much fun. We didn’t take any.

The house was ok, there was a load of wet laundry left in the dryer and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Aldo there was no dodo in the shower, just shampoo and conditioner

Clean! And everything you might want.

Never stayed in a cleaner VRBO rental. No dust anywhere, wood floors polished, counter tops, sinks and toilets were shining. Almost hospital clean. Coffee, coffee filters and creamer provided, as well as paper cups in the bathroom. The home was close to everything... little over a mile to old town shopping and hot springs spas and 1/4 mile to West Mountain National Park. Host was very responsive to questions. One of our best experiences with VRBO.

Great location and hosts very welcoming.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a bit of a leaky toilet and hosts were on top of it immediately. Brought us some lovely organic greens from their farm and invited us to a tour of their farm. Amazing!

Great stay in Hot Springs

Our family stayed here for two nights while site seeing on Hot Springs. We loved the cozy historic house- it was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close and convenient to downtown attractions!

Quick getaway

We enjoyed staying in the little house for a quick family getaway. The stay was comfortable and the hosts were prompt with communication and helpful with activity and restaurant ideas. We especially enjoyed walking up to the overlook from dinner on bathhouse row and strolling through Garvan Woodland Gardens.
