The Space:

This is a deluxe room in a 12 room motel lodge. This unit has one super comfy king bed, a mini fridge, coffee maker, tv, wifi, microwave, toaster and utensils. The bathroom has a relaxing tub. The motel is less than one mile to downtown and bath house row. There is a donut shop just steps away that is open 7 days/week. Biking trails are only 1/2 mile away. Magic Springs is only 4 miles from the motel. You can sit on your front porch and visit with others or stay cozy in your roomy room.

We had one problem with the ants in the bathroom and kitchen but it was ok I dill with them at home also.Thank you for everything.

Perfect spot for weekend stay

Property is clean and exactly as described. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while exploring Hot Springs and don’t plan to spend a ton of time in your room this spot is great - bed, kitchenette, and bathroom and small table. No couch or soft seating which was not an issue for us given we were out and about except to sleep and get ready for our adventures. Great value for quality of room!

Short Stay

It was very clean, nice size room, the air condition was a little bit complicated. Host responded quickly to any of my request. He did help with air condition.

Loved the retro look of the accommodations. Very clean . The only down the oven did not work. Was wanting to do breakfast on the lovely front porch . The only other was I had to leave early due to a death in the family. Will definitely be back to complete our stay . Hate we had to leave halfway through

No frills

Very plain, no frills/decor. Detailed directions on unlocking and opening the door would be needed for people like me who are not familiar with this as well as directions on how to use the heater/air would also be nice. HOWEVER-it was better than tent camping and we only used it for sleeping-it was just what we needed and the location was great.

Inside freezer was dirty. Bathroom has urine smell. Ceiling fan blades have built up dust. Inadequate kitchen supply like cups or mugs.
