Close to several National Parks, National Monuments, and State Parks.

This home has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king-sized bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and separate entrance to the back porch.

The primary bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, large walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Pack n play is also provided for smaller guests.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and smart TV.

The third bedroom has two triple bunkbeds (6 twins), a kid's dream! It is next to the second bathroom which has double vanities and a shower/tub combo.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking tools you need to enjoy meals at home and there is seating available for everyone in the dining area.

The living room has a large sectional, smart TV, games, and there is fast WiFi for everyone to connect. There is also a desk area available for remote work or study.

Feel free to use the washer and dryer during your stay as well as the pool towels for our community pool and spa!

The backyard has a brand new hot tub, grill, firepit, and seating so you can enjoy the views of the red cliffs and do some star gazing.

Neighborhood amenities include an outdoor pool (open seasonally), an indoor pool and spa (open year-round), a fitness center, clubhouse/gameroom, and a brand new park with a playground and pickleball court!

Kanab is situated just South of Bryce Canyon National Park, East of Zion National Park, North of the Grand Canyon North Rim, and West of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Jackson-Flat Reservoir are also nearby. With hiking trails, slot canyons, mountain biking, and countless ATV trails there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Please be aware that there are very strict CC&R’s established in this neighborhood. If any of the community rules are broken there will be a daily fine for each day of infraction. Fines can be anywhere between $100- $500.

Community Rules for La Estancia:
- Daily clubhouse cleaning from 8AM- 9AM. The clubhouse is closed during this hour to ensure sanitation and undisturbed time for cleaner.
- There is no parking on the street. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.
- ATV’s must be parked in the garage.
- No parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.
- Tenants may not invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.

Great stay in Kanab

Stayed here while we visited Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe bend, and Lake Powell. House was clean, beds were comfortable and our kids loved the bunk beds!!! Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Great house and host!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at Kanab Red Cliffs. The house has everything you need and the hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking. We will definitely be back next time we are in Kanab!

Great location. Great Stay.

The house was clean, and the owner was very easy to work with. We enjoyed the Tom Canyon trail that could be accessed in the neighborhood. Kanab is a nice small town and the drive to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks was easy.

Perfect Kanab Retreat for Southern Utah AdventuresPerfect retreat for our Southern Utah adventures

We had a fantastic stay at this Kanab VRBO, which served as an ideal home base for our Southern Utah adventures. The location was perfect, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding canyon walls and a charming small-town vibe with great local restaurants and shopping. Check-in was seamless with a convenient pin code and attached garage for parking. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a backyard hot tub that was a hit with the kids. We also loved the access to the community swimming pool and clubhouse. The neighborhood was wonderful for leisurely walks, and the overall experience was so enjoyable that we’d definitely return!

Fabulous place to stay!! A cozy home away from home. Beds and linens are comfy and nice. There is enough of everything you need. The bathrooms were incredible, spacious , water pressure great. Everything was in working order. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. The club house amenities were easy to access and throughly enjoyed. No problems with wifi. It was nice a few streaming apps on the TV were already set up for guests to use. Highly recommend... you won't be disappointed. I appreciated the reasonable pricing for the stay too.

Great experience!

Great house in beautiful neighborhood!

The house was nice, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was close to downtown Kanab, but in such a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by the red rock cliffs. We loved it!

Perfect place for a peaceful stay

This property was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The towels were fluffy, and the kitchen was stocked with thoughtful items like coffee filters, zip top bags, and more. We especially loved morning coffee on the back porch in this quiet, friendly neighborhood. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful Property

This property has a beautiful location with majestic cliffs outside the house and inviting walks in the neighborhood. The house was clean, well furnished, with comfortable beds, and well supplied. The Host was immediately available to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time in Kanab

We were looking for a central location to explore the Grand Canyon, Zion and other wonders of the west, and were fortunate enough to find this wonderful house to use. There are some great hiking trails at the end of the street, and Kanab has some incredible hikes (family favorite was the Indian petroglyphs). The club house with the hot tub and pool table was great also. It is a great neighborhood, and Callie was a great host!

Great stay for two family road trip stop

Property was exactly as described and was a perfect fit for two families - four adults and five kids ranging in age from 5-12. Kids shared the bunk room with no problem. Great outdoor space with fire pit and grill and access to community pool. We took day trips to Zion, Bryce, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon while we were there. Great location for those parks.

Amazing Zion Vacation

This was hands down my best VRBO experience to date! The house was even more beautiful in person and just as described. Not to mention it is the best stocked vacation home ever! This home is in a great location for all the activities we did for our trip, close to town/restaurants and we almost always had the pool to ourselves. The host made the process so easy and was super responsive to any messages that we sent prior to check-in. If you are looking for a house in the Kanab area this is it! My son is already asking to go back!

Perfect home base for the national parks

We had a great stay at Callies place. We had our kids and cousins on the trip and the house was large enough for our extended family. The kids loved the 6 bunk beds and the quiet neighborhood. The club house is great for swimming and hot tubbing. We used the house for trips around kanab and to Zion Bryce and Antelope canyon. The house itself is clean and has the prefect decor for families to gather comfortably. The kitchen had a set of newer utensils and we were able to cook most of our meals at the house. Loved the towels that were provided and we had enough pool towels for our large group. We would definitely stay again. A 5 star property for sure.

Perfect Rental!!!

Staying in Kanab was our goal in order to efficiently access both Zion and Bryce Canyon. We travel with another couple who have one child, and this property was perfect! Two King bedrooms, and a bunk room for our girls. The property has impeccable views 360 degrees, hikes within walking distance, and everything we could hope for in the home. We cooked, went to surrounding restaurants, and were able to enjoy parks and hikes within a 15 to 20-minute drive or 30 - 90 minutes to the bigger national parks. The host, Callie was incredible and incredibly responsive if we had questions. The home was perfect, and the kitchen fully equipped. We would most certainly stay here again, and highly recommend!

Great mid point for hiking

Beautiful, clean property, walking distance to downtown (about 15 minutes). Amazing food-- Sego, Rocking V are fantastic! 45min-1hr to get to Zion and about 1.5hrs to get to Bryce. House is well stocked. The hot tub and indoor pool were down for maintenance. We did not get a chance to use the outdoor pool. Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were spacious, outside patio is perfect. Callie was very responsive to messages, though no issues arose. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great vacation home

We loved this house for our group of kids and parents. The house is spacious, and all the rooms are nicely decorated. Everything was really clean. The house is in a good location within Kanab; the neighborhood was very quiet. We liked how the the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The house had a lot of small thoughtful things like extra sandwich bags and freezer bags, plenty of soaps at all the bathrooms, laundry soap, etc. Check in was a breeze with a key pad entry and I appreciated that we didn’t have to do a ton of clean up prior to check out (eg so many vacation homes want you to strip all the sheets and start laundry and empty all the trash and wipe all the counters etc). We had a lot of fun in the area going to parks, and in the evening we relaxed on the couch and in the backyard.

Great rental and perfectly situated for daily adventures.

We loved the time we spent at this property and in Kanab. There was a total of 8 people (2 families - 4 adults and 4 children 8-11 years old) and we fit very comfortably. The house looked as pictured. Sometimes places end up being grubby or really worn out, but this rental felt fresh and clean. The beds and bedding were comfy, as well as the couch. The kitchen was well stocked, and the property had basic spices, coffee creamer and sugar! and Clorox wipes. To me, those little touches go a long way! (Some "hosts" barely give you a roll of toilet paper, which always makes me feel really unwelcome.) We hiked every day: Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Caves, the Grand Staircase and on and on! I don't think any one location was more than 1.5 hours away. The visitor centers were all amazing and had great suggestions. The kids swam every night, and the adults relaxed in the hot tub. I can't say enough good things about our vacation and the property owner. It was my favorite VRBO and host so far. I'd come back every year if there wasn't so much left to explore.
