This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an oversized private patio with views of the River Run Square ice rink/ mini-golf course and mountains. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool, hot tub, fitness room, and steam room.

The entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV + DVD player above a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace and cozy furnishings. Just off the living area is the oversized private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of River Run Square. During the Summer months there is a mini golf course, and in the Winter months there is ice skating!

The updated full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair. The breakfast bar also has seating for three. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, smart TV, desk, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, granite countertops, and a shower/tub combination. There is also a water room for added privacy. The guest bedroom includes a twin bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Condo was great. Its outdoor heated pool and hot tub were fantastic after a day skiing. Being close to the village meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving. There were a few minor maintenance issues that I’m sure will be addressed upon our departure. Broken windows, screens and blinds and a linking tub faucet. Also, be aware that the balcony isn’t private. Overall, clean, updated unit. Made for a great ski trip!

Summer Getaway

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was incredible! We loved the river, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the Gondoĺa. This is centrally located with so much to experience, we have a list for next visit! Our entire family loved the white water rafting, and we all agree it is a must visit during the snowy months.

We absolutely loved the location! The condo was very clean and had enough room for our family. Two recommendations I would give is the table is very wobbly which makes it hard to use. The other recommendation is that there is a beautiful deck area but no seating at all. I would recommend adding seating. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed Keystone and the condo.

Great location and easy booking!

We appreciated the location of this condo, close to the Keystone gondola lift and the shops/restaurants in the area. Setup was great for adults and kids and we enjoyed the building's outdoor (heated) pool and hot tub. Check in process was very easy and communication with owner was quick and very responsive. Clean and well maintained with everything you could possibly need for kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc.Cons - location is near bus line so can be noisy in early AM as buses start running. No cooling system in summer months so needed to have windows open at night for breeze/airflow, which did not help with keeping out the noise.

Keystone Getaway

We really enjoyed our time in Keystone! The condo is in a great location and just steps away from a lot of restaurants and activities. The shared pool, hot tub, and steam room were favorites of our whole family and we enjoyed the outdoor deck at the condo as well! I would reccomend this property if you are looking for a relaxing getaway in Colorado.

Great location

Well equipped and wonderful location. Very clean. It was on the small side but had everything we needed. The kitchen was plenty big and easy to cook in. Would recommend for small families with younger children.

We’ll be back!

Great spot for our family of 3. Loved the digital guest book/info and text messages with help and trip suggestions. The pool was heated really nicely so even though it was a colder day on the slopes, we could enjoy both pool and hot tub afterwards. Quick, easy walk into the village and lift. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent small condo

Great location, close to the lift and nicely stocked. Condo is small and cute and has what we needed. TV worked a bit strange but we were not there for the TV. Check in and out process was very easy. I will stay again.

Good getaway!

Everything was great in unit, we were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub that was being worked on and it never opened! The beds were wonderful, the unit is very close to summit stage bus line so hear them come and go every 10 min from 6:30am to 11pm......

Great location, good price, nice unit

Really enjoyed our stay. Walk-to-the-lifts was really convenient. Not huge, but nice unit for my wife and I and our son, daughter-in-law and 1 year old baby. A couple of improvements would be a few upgrades to the kitchen utensils (a cutting board, some better knives, some new non-stick pans, dish drying rack) and a broom/dustpan or vacuum to sweep up any spills/crumbs. Ski locker and indoor parking were a nice benefit.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
