Located only 3 miles to the South Kitsap State Park and entrance to the Waterfront Park Station. Close to the popular Public Market; lots of shopping, restaurants, bars, bowling and a movie theater.

One of four private apartments in this 4-plex! Nice and cozy. Complete and stackable washer/dryer, nicely stocked kitchen, patio oasis, 2 bedrooms with 1 private bath. Super cozy, serenity throughout apartment and cheerful!
Guests access the entire space with a lock key.
Close to the Kitsap Marina. Nice wide streets, large yards and large trees. Located 3 miles to Port Orchard Public Market; walking distance to a grocery store and just a couple of miles from Ruby Creek.
You can get around quite nicely with just a bike, car or a golf cart. The water, grocery shopping, restaurants, doctors, dentists, retail shopping are all within biking, driving and carting distance!
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am
Pets: $150 per pet
