The condo is in a privileged location, with 200 thousand square meters of preserved Atlantic forest, private beach and with only 03 high luxury properties. Very exclusive!
The mansion consists of entrance hall, living room, dining room with table for 08 people, TV room, environment with table for 06 people, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with pantry. On the second floor, are the 06 stunning suites, all with air conditioning, and some suites with access to balcony. Also on this floor, there is a second TV room.
Its privileged outdoor area overlooking the sea, with swimming pool and sun loungers, gourmet area with barbecue and beautiful table for 10 people, balcony with lounge and table, sauna all in marble. It still has access to the beach, deck for nautical support, a beautiful chapel and ecological trail.
You can get to the property by land, sea and air!
