気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイ ン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We specifically chose Aracara 6 for the privacy and amenities. Unfortunateley, we were unable to use the hot tub because it drained too much power and caused power outages, outdoor lighting not working, and the outdoor furniture was filthy and buggy. The condo was missing numerous kitchen items, only 2 people could sit in the living room, could not use both bathrooms at the same time and you couldn't do wash and dryer at the same time. After bringing numerous issue to the host, Bocobay, they thought they did us a favor by crediting us 400 (less than 2 nights stay). The pictures shown on VRBO surely was not what we walked into. Pool could not hold more than 8 people, kitchen extremely small, laundry room smelled, broken beach chairs, many safety hazards on property, could not communicate with on-site team, broken gym equipment, etc. etc.This was surely our worst vacation in Aruba in 30 years. Fortunately we love Aruba and this horrendous experience will not prevent us from returning to the island but we will surely never use Bocobay again.Buyer Beware of Bocobay!!
