Lovely stay

The condo is lovely but is in need of more refurbishing. The water pressure is great, needs a new bbq, the washer/ dryer weee wonderful. Victor was great at attending to our needs and easy to communicate with.Tierra del sol is quite lovely as is the pool and restuarant on the property. We would definitely come back

Enjoyed our stay

Things were a bit rocky to start. Pool access/ fitness center wqs not included as the post had lead us to believe under amenities. Janely took over and made everything perfect. She was a gem. Thanks to her and her team. The grounds were absolutely stunning. Spectacular views. Can’t wait to come back.

Not my favorite place, but overall it was good for the price. A couple of the doors have huge gaps underneath, big enough to let a scorpion in. Luckily no one stepped on it. Beds aren't great but the shower pressure was awesome. The ACs work extremely well. The access to the golf course restaurant was a blessing and a curse. Very spendy but top tier food. Not a great location but if you have a rental car it's just fine. It was really nice being in a gated community. We never once felt unsafe, but I think it's likely the same anywhere you go on the island. I saw a previous review that mentioned a few things that were broken and I'm assuming they didn't get fixed because we noticed three or four things that needed to be fixed. Not a huge deal though. Tricky to get to because the address wasn't exactly accurate, but we later discovered that that's the case for most of the island. I think we'd probably stay here again if we're ever back in Aruba.

Wonderful visit in Aruba, adequate accommodations

Tierra Del Sol is an absolutely beautiful community. The landscaping is gorgeous, the pool area is ideal, and the restaurant/bar area at the pool are very good. This townhouse is adequate. It has everything you need for a nice stay. The water pressure in the showers is awesome and there is plenty of hot water. I will send a note to the owner/manager of things they may want to improve upon in the property, but overall I'd give the property 3 out of 5 stars, and Tierra Del Sol 5 out of 5 stars.

First Ariba trip

Although there was some hiccups with the initial Check in Victor more than made up for it by placing us in the superior property. After the initial bumps Victor ensured that we were happy and well taken care of each day. We are very happy and would use him again in a second.

Beautiful property!

Tierra del Sol is a beautiful resort! The condo is in a great location away from the main tourist areas, but close enough to easily access with a rental car which is exactly what we were looking for. The security going into and out of the resort was comforting, not that Aruba felt unsafe, it was just a bonus. The landscaping and groundskeeping were well maintained with crews continually present keeping things tidy. The condo had beach chairs and towels which were of great use! The kitchen was adequately stocked for home meals. Could not give five stars because the listing is a bit misleading. Though the resort amenities shown on the listing (pool and fitness center specifically) are available they are not included and are quite expensive to purchase separately. Had we known this we may not have booked through VRBO since access to the fitness center was important to all of us. It was Aruba so we just went to the beach instead. Property manager was very prompt in responding. We would definitely stay at Tierra del Sol again!

Wonderful Stay

My overall experience is very satisfactory. I like the layout of the unit and it’s location within Tierra Del Sol. If you like to be away from the tourists in timeshares, then this is where you should be. It is quiet and you have access to the facilities at the resort (pool and spa). The property manager, Victor is responsive and the owner (Mansur) is as well. There was an unfortunate issue with the AC unit in the master bedroom so we were unable to use it for 5 nights. Fortunately, our guests cancelled at the last minute so it was only me and wife. There were also some issues with the dishwasher. The owner and property manager assured me that I will get at least a 20% discount in my next rental of the unit which I will most certainly rent again. Am sure that the next renter will benefit from the observations I had of the unit. Again, some unfortunate incidents on the side, I definitely will rent this unit again.

Villa was clean and had everything we needed for our brief stay. Communication was good. Despite the listing, you do need to pay extra to use the pool and gym. But otherwise was a great stay!
