As you step into this beautiful space, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that's perfect for lounging with your family and friends. The comfortable pull out sofa invite you to relax and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV, while the large windows fill the space with natural light.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of the two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom boasts two twin-sized beds. Both rooms are decorated with tasteful furnishings and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Pull out couch and pack n' play allow additional guests to stay comfortably.

Located in a prime location, this radiant oasis promises a rejuvenating stay unlike any other.

We do have 4 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road, one at the entrance to the basement suite, one overlooking the backyard, and one above the garage pointed at the street.

This is a completely private dwelling with its own address, driveway, and entrance. It is a mother in law apartment attached to a home.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
