Welcome to your home away from home—a 1500 sq ft **2-bedroom, 1.5-bath daylight walkout basement suite** with a **private entrance** and **dedicated parking pad (34' x 23.5')**.
**Bedroom 1**: King bed
**Bedroom 2**: Queen bed
**1.5 Baths** with clean, modern finishes
**Highlights**:
* Full kitchen with everything you need to cook at home
* In-unit washer & dryer
* **Private hot tub** & **fire pit**
* **Movie room** with comfy seating
* **Pool table** for indoor fun
* **Luxury linens** & plush towels
* Gorgeous **jacuzzi tub** for relaxing
* Tall 9’ ceilings & large daylight windows for an open, airy feel

While the space is private and fully yours during your stay, you may occasionally hear everyday sounds from upstairs—we're a working household with two toddlers and a friendly, hypoallergenic goldendoodle (JoJo), who is **not allowed in the guest suite outside of guest stays**.
**House Rules**:
* No pets
* No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
* No parties
* No unregistered visitors or gatherings without prior approval

We are both Utah natives who love Orem. We recently moved (from another Orem location) into this home and we inherited this amazing guest suite in our basement. It has gotten high reviews under the previous owner and we are excited to keep it going. We spent a lot of our childless years traveling and now that we are parents to toddlers, we love making the most of living in Orem and having travelers come to us! Sunny speaks French and some Spanish and Eric speaks Spanish.

Guests rave about the theatre room, the hot tub & pool table, the comfortable beds and the very functional kitchen. It has all the conveniences of home, but feels like a vacation home.
